Gun control legislation getting through congress is going to be a difficult task.

And while the president could continue -- did yesterday to push for an assault weapons ban.

That is going to be a tough hurdle perhaps legislatively.

What they are saying is that executive actions and there are nineteen of them was supposedly.

Is still intact and they should think of tapping into that to use it to pass legislation on gun control.

You would think that this was a news conference leading up to the election.

I'm not one that was after the election that the end of the first term heading into inauguration.

This is girding for a battle.
