Now that the president has vice president Biden's recommendations on reducing violence mr.

Obama set to announce his proposals.

Reports say those could come as early as tomorrow.

The president reportedly is weighing nineteen steps he could dig through executive order -- without congressional approval.

But that is sparking controversy and major push back from Republicans like congressman John Fleming of Louisiana who says quote.
