Ever -- -- vote for your choice on line in this our Friday lightning round and this week.

This week's winners and losers want.

With 40% of the votes but first we want to give you the latest hostage situation.

In Algeria take a listen to today's sound on this.

Terrorists.

Should be on notice.

That they will find no sanctuary.

No refuge.

Not in Algeria.

Not in North Africa.

Not anywhere.

This is an act of terror.

-- perpetrators.

Are the terrorists they are the ones who have assaulted this facility.

Well the Defense Secretary the secretary of State's making no bones about it this time they're terrorists.

And we know for a fact one American has been killed we don't know how many others may still be held hostage but it's an ongoing situation back -- panel.

-- Well I have to say I think the Obama administration deserves credit for calling it like it is anything on to describe -- situation as I think everybody understands.

If that's unfolding.

However I don't think that Leon Panetta as threats are going to ring especially true to terrorists who have watched now for four months is there haven't been.

Repercussions for the attacks and then got it we don't we've had FBI agents -- on the field who have come up with virtually nothing.

One person in custody was released.

They're mocking and threatening the United States government.

It's not a it's not a threat that I think will ring true to jihadist on the ground in the -- chuck.

Well you know this raid by Algeria's produced -- very murky situations not even clear.

-- that the man who died the American was actually killed -- -- -- just died of a heart attack -- seems that -- -- you know we were over long there's a lot we don't know but I do think we're -- you can -- -- -- response it has -- the world to sort of protracted.

Hostage crisis I mean.

They've they've gone and very bloody and seemingly very sloppy way.

But -- they have.

Enabled the situation come to a point where the United States won't find itself caught in a long.

Drawn -- Here's what we don't know where we believe at this hour is still continuing I -- we believe at this hour this hostage crisis is still ongoing there are still in the process and trying to negotiate for the release of this blind Sheikh who we have they believe that this thing is not over so while some part of it is over.

We're.

I'm -- things I would want for months and months the way it would have -- there's -- some kind of a siege around this or if or the decision not -- need to go and militarily at all Charles.

I I agree this is not exactly a precision operation.

And by all reports a lot of the hostages.

Who died.

I think the reason is.

The algerians fought for ten years against exactly these islamists.

In a terribly bloody and cruel war that the -- loss of these -- the remnants.

Of that rebellion and they do not via a German government.

Is no has no intention of giving them any kind of victory.

Or and as others have -- sound stage.

To announce demands and and revive essentially the Islamist insurgency in Algeria so I suspect there will be no westerners -- get involved in this algerians who finish in one way or the other.

Okay -- -- -- and lose.

The winner I'd say the president of France Francois Hollande.

Who or at least now he's in his popularity he's a socialist.

The last person you'd expect to send in -- force in tamale.

But he's -- what the French.

People think of -- the Monroe doctrine of France which is French West Africa is that their backyard it's not going to be taken over by.

-- enemies like PG jihadist.

The losers I think are obviously Lance Armstrong and Monty tale for reasons I don't have to be explained.

And as I thought last -- I think.

Both of them end up on Oprah -- -- he's not.

As welcoming our special report but I don't think he's gonna come OK -- Well I agree with Charles in.

Who the winners this week and joining -- -- haunts.

In addition to what it's done to present -- -- it's a popularity it sends a message to Europe.

That there are some things in this world fighting for and that.

Pacifist at times continent.

My loser is Boeing's.

There are 787.

They knew jet is really they've -- the future of the company on.

Has been grounded due to some technical difficulties all over the world make up their work cut out -- -- I think the big winner this week is Scott Walker of Wisconsin governor his pac ten budget reforms were upheld by a federal appeals court today.

Which means that the methods that he used to turn a budget deficit of three point six billion into a surplus of nearly 350 million.

For constitutionally sound.

And he goes into this second two years of his term with this 350 million dollars surplus the end.

He's gotten approval rating of 55% in a poll that was plus seven democratic and the loser.

Harry Reid.

I think that the gaze up here for for Harry Reid if you look at what's going to happen now with the attention focused on senate Democrats in fact that they basically just hadn't been doing their job.

He's gonna be receiving some tough questions he's gonna have to keep the red state Democrats.

In -- for all these discussions cultural issues gun control and others.

That is it for the panel to stay tuned for.
