And then you a set of challenges through the day so if they make exercise fun so you can check inning Gillick a little -- say -- in the next ten minutes walk 1000 steps can you do that.

And you say -- gradient and you maybe walk around your office for a little bit go over the water cooler track around.

And then you compete with your friends for points but the goal is -- -- tracking all of -- -- steps throughout the day you're trying to reach certain goals you tie that in -- lose it.

You're really start to see the pounds come off from Tony these guys are great and that they're not at CES they're doing a great job with this -- -- keeping track you've got a journal.

You know one of the things that people maybe try to do -- their New Year's resolutions I wanna C -- journal you know I keep a journal this year and I started doing it's I love I did it last year and I'm continuing it this year I used.

On Iowa these guys have done an incredible job designing it happened they should -- -- design award because it's so beautiful you -- photos.

You can use your voice so if you're driving eighty -- just do voice dictation what you're driving when you have something on your mind goes right into the app it sinks across all of your devices.

And I really notice when you start journal and you're more aware of what you've done with your family you couldn't keep track of things that are important and what does your imaginary girlfriends say yeah.

She will speak to me it's a -- voice like -- is there an -- to determine whether the person you're dating actually exist -- -- their allies -- -- But one of my other favorite apps that doesn't help you find girlfriends is Evernote and this is sort of and everything bucket -- -- you've got that jump Drury in your house street keep everything if you're just out have an idea for a project you wanna work on a new business you wanna start.

There's no better -- in the world -- Evernote I think everyone I know uses it.

Take photos -- your food that you like -- that you like ideas that you had you create separate notebooks you can add meals that you router restaurants -- places you've visited.
