On Wednesday President Obama revealed his plan -- put an end to gun violence.

Congress should restore -- on military style assault weapons.

And a ten round limit for magazines.

The type of assault rifle used in a roar for example when paired with high capacity magazines has one purpose.

There are not any more deadly or dangerous in any other firearm you'd used for self defense.

Well in fact I told my staff I went deer hunting this past Tuesday and the rifle that I used.

That everybody's all upset that we got a picture of the bushmaster Larry and I what I wanna do is ask you to describe some of these features because they're five specific things that are proposed to be banned.

And I've even heard the president's press secretaries this is just common sense.

Well to some of us it's not so common cup explained why that doesn't make people safer.

Logistically -- magazines will do nothing because there are literally hundreds of millions of the party of circulation.

We want to have magazines that hold more rounds no one has ever survived a gun fight and said doggone it I wish I hadn't brought all those extra bullets.

Hamas is not -- works you want as many rounds as possible.

Unlike the movies when you shoot somebody -- they don't just stop.

Oftentimes you have to get them repeatedly sometimes you miss sometimes are hiding behind subpoena your boards don't penetrate sometimes -- multiple assailants.
