Hi everyone having -- Maria Molina and the fox extreme weather center with the forecast for the southwest.
And -- today we're talking about very mild conditions out across portions of the Rockies like over -- -- talked about temperatures.
Into the 6066.
Degrees over in that city of -- otherwise over Phoenix eighty degrees for high temperature 83 as well.
In -- city of Tucson -- in California it's relatively mild and Los Angeles 79 degrees your high temperature this afternoon but we do have a brand ice storm system that has arrived.
Into portions of the West Coast in this system will produce widespread areas of rain but because temperatures are so mild -- here.
We're not really expecting to see too much snowfall out of this storm is really going to be the highest elevations of the Sierra and also the highest elevations and cascades -- -- north.
That will be expecting some snow find some of that -- leading but again.
Most areas just -- plain rain from this next storm system we're already seeing those showers -- across northern portions of California even around San Francisco area.
That storm system will -- tracking eastbound and eventually bring some areas is -- to the Sierras -- highest elevations and then eventually into portions.
You -- especially as we head into your Friday that's when most of the bulk of the precipitation with the storm.
