And Ileana ros Lehtinen of Florida shared some of her lingering concerns about the terrorist attack in -- Ghazi.

She will get a chance to question Secretary Clinton later today when she appears before the house foreign affairs committee.

For now the Florida congresswoman says she was not satisfied with secretary Clinton's testimony before the senate.

The American people deserve answers and we still are no closer to the truth.

Out what happened in that.

A prolonged terrorist attack we're talking about over seven hours of a firefight where if she knew exactly what was going on.

Where was the order to go help them.

Even send up a flight overhead so that that terrorists could see that there's a US response.

There was no response who decided to not respond at all.

A fair and balanced let's -- -- Maryland senator Ben Carden Democrat on the foreign relations committee he had a chance to question Secretary Clinton this morning.

Does senator Carden your overall assessment of her testimony have your questions been answered.

I think Secretary Clinton has -- provided the information to the committee I think the way that she responded to this tragedy is what we wanted to see.

From our from our leadership.

I think that the manner in which she explained that North Africa is a dangerous place it's -- it took its -- and transition.

There are a lot of weapons there are a lot of terrorist groups there and it's a dangerous spot and we need to be there and there's inherent risks and us being -- can we do a better job we must.

But there are -- ambassador.

Former ambassador John -- -- was on with us earlier and he said you know that essentially.

In his view the administration wanted to points to.

Libya as one of their success stories Qaddafi was out.

We have been instrumental in in helping overthrow him.

And they didn't want the American people who think they're thinking that Libya was still troublesome plays.

And that may have been part of the reason behind all this confusion your thoughts on them.

I think -- secretary was very clear about that she said Libya it.

Their intentions are good they want to do the right thing they want to help us.

Their capacity is questionable and they need help they need help in developing security forces -- needs help in developing government institutions but they're not there yet.

They would certainly want to be.

-- government that can take care of its own people on the right way.

But they don't have the capacity a couple of Fox News poll questions I wanted to get.

When asked whether the Obama administration covered up.

What happened in men Ghazi 48% of those responding said they believe yes there has been a cover up.

And then another question when asked whether President Obama should have ordered troops have been -- to help the Americans at the consulate 65% of Americans.

Said yes what do you say to those folks who think that that should have been.

Well first this -- been the most transparent investigation in modern times.

That the secretary has -- all of the information available.

Is she said herself that perhaps one of the things they would do differently they would make as much information available as soon as they did.

And -- there wouldn't wouldn't have been -- -- the confusion.

But the accountability review board their report is out there almost all of its available to the public.

They came to the conclusion that we could not have had -- Department of Defense response and time that the responsibility for security has to wrestle on the ground.

And there just wasn't enough.

But they also said there were systemic failures going -- the highest levels of the -- -- Well they they did it very much Trace where they thought.

There should have been -- a stronger work.

Preparation for these high risk posts.

And they were very specific on the individuals involved in those people aren't there anymore.

You heard your fellow committee member senator Paul suggests that had he been president he -- asked for secretary Clinton's resignation.

Based on what happened in Ben -- your thoughts on the I think Secretary Clinton has done an incredible job and her four years as secretary of state.

She's really integrated diplomacy and to our national security.

-- strategy is made our world I think safer because they better understand America.

She's done a great job and in regards to Ben Ghazi it was a tragedy.

She assumed responsibility.

Took control did and brought our people -- of the Ben Ghazi out of Libya but for safety.

And then instituted independent investigation implemented all the recommendations I think she's done exactly what -- should have -- and are you satisfied the perpetrators of the attack will be brought to justice.

IE perhaps it'll -- wanna make sure that they are and clearly that's an issue that is still pending.

But as you saw with the resolve all of that would -- laden -- we'll stick with that -- we find the people who are responsible for the death of Americans senator vanguard Democrat of Maryland.
