Hello there I'm meteorologist Janice -- taken a look at your temperatures across the south the southeast the Tennessee River valley Mississippi River valley.

Look at Kansas City 2760.

In Jackson 1779.

In Houston 75 in Dallas he can see.

That dip in the jet stream bringing in all of that Arctic air.

35 national south of the jet stream is where we have that warm air where it's 74 in Orlando and -- close to eighty.

In Houston so -- real temperature difference we're looking at the potential for an ice storm tomorrow across portions of the Tennessee River valley.

And the Mississippi River valley because we've got all of this warm moisture that's going to run over top some of this cold air and could give us a wintry mix sleet.

Freezing rain tomorrow morning and the -- of the day Friday so keep that in mind if he lived across Alabama Georgia.

Tennessee.

Kentucky the Carolinas.

We could see some ice storm advisories posted overnight tonight so.

Do you keep that in mind -- -- imagery we have a little system moving over the mid Atlantic otherwise a -- scenario here.

But look at the future radar again as we head to Friday.

That's the system we are watching and see that pink area that's what we think we could have the potential for ice ice accumulating on the roadways.

And on the power lines and on the trees.

That could be very dangerous so again if you live anywhere across the southeast Tennessee River valley Mississippi River valley you need to keep an eye on the sky keep it here to your local weather forecast because it could be a very dangerous tricky situation.
