Well those bitter cold temperatures are creating dangerous conditions for millions of Americans temperatures dropping to 27 below in northern Minnesota.

So the elderly are definitely a high risk category as well as infants infants really can't tell you when they're cold.

Layers hats gloves -- and a lot of the clothing should be tightly woven because you wanted to be able to repel water.
You wearing clothing if it's wet it is really not as good as.

A worthwhile like give you one -- try layered clothing that's kind of my health frustrated because you're outside you're freezing and come back into the building it is really hot so.
