Gotta get down to.

Rick Sanchez now folks he's Latino.

Con tribute who is in our Miami bureau until we have diversity.

Rick -- got some -- some when we talked a lot about women but there is.

There's so many other faces to diversity and you've got some -- -- -- Hispanic community might wanna see from the president.

Well it's not even with the Hispanic community wants -- from the president just what makes common sense that is if you look at the issues that the president has to deal with outlook negative politics as a matter of prioritizing things.

There's no question that this president's gonna have to prioritize.

Whether he goes with our climate change or gun control which is suddenly.

Come -- as -- the new hot thing do talk about.

Or may be gay rights has become something that certainly is important.

Or do you know the tried and true thing which he's promised and promised to never delivered on which is comprehensive.

Immigration reform.

And and when you look at all of those.

The you know the average person is not affected or doesn't know someone who's undocumented.

But they are affected by the other three still -- tended to tell you well.

Maybe we should do climate change by golly John you know maybe we should do move gay rights maybe that's the president -- -- -- weight -- Gun control after all that's really important because of what happened in Connecticut -- what what happened and Aurora Colorado.

But when you really go through -- examine.

You know using strategic three.

What you really should do if you were the president added states.

-- it's pretty clear this guy needs to move on our conference immigration reform.

You at a dude did does -- -- do think those two.

Really can most about this issue have faith that he will do that Rick.

I'll tell you who cares most about this issue the Republican Party.

And that's who cares -- step -- this issue.

There is a new poll out that says 62% of Americans now think that there should be.

Path to citizenship -- some of the people in this country could be six million.

Could be ten million who are on document that that's important because.

If the Republican Party allows President Obama to trump them -- on this.

Where they are seen to be as either simply going along for the ride or not going along at all.

And he is seen as a leader on this and they are not seen as a leader.

It will truly hurt this one constituency.

In terms of them ever turning toward the Republican Party and that's not something.

That the Republican Party can afford.

And that's why it seems obvious that the president has to move on this because the -- let's look at the politics of this okay.

If he doesn't.

Then the Republicans can say okay we're gonna take control of this issue and we're gonna push it through while he's meandering on some other issue that may not be.

As important politically it.

At least all right Rick Sanchez and Rick you have your -- up -- folks he's Latino right now.

On Rick's thoughts on this is president Obama's -- Then -- tenth eleventh grader.

And the other -- I was referring to actually is by Brian -- -- Brian has apiece up there on that diversity within.

President Obama is -- cabinet -- -- wonderful to see you get your thoughts as always thank you very much there.

That bad -- so Jim thanks so much John always appreciate -- which are.
