The temperatures never even broke twelve degrees during the day Thursday in colony.

All that time investigators say a one year old baby boy sat in a car in this parking lot outside an office building.

They say his father called for an ambulance just after 4 PM.

When he left work and realized his son was still in the back -- And then he may have simply forgotten to drop the child off where he was supposed to be before heading to work for the day.
