And a citation for having a birthday party on -- -- Blanton prep property what was the complaint.

I'm in any indication and we were told was that it was considered -- and that and thereby we would need.

-- -- permits and a site plan.

Because it was considered an event so these farmers and others held a -- for protest in your honor what did that protest try to do bring awareness about.

I'm about -- is it's also about private property rights and the idea and that you know the small -- farmer.

Does a lot of things to make ends meet and and struggles and to make sure that they're not driven off of their land because of over regulation and just to support you know the small family -- -- to prevent something like this from ever happening again because if it can happen to me it can happen to anybody the right to farm bill -- this new piece of legislation that the congressman we were just talking about is trying to put forth would do what and.

And how would it help small farmers specifically in Virginia.

Well it then right to farm act is designed to protect the small feeling farmer.

But as as what's happened to need it there's some -- interpretations out -- perhaps that are preventing small family farmers from being able to do what's been done.

For -- for generations since forever and down Virginia's agriculture.

Is -- is is so pour into the local economy.

And I'm keeping it kidney -- that would farmers viable and on their land.

It is is what the bill is trying to attack.

In Europe flush with cash when you get hit with a 5000 dollar fine for a birthday party that's gotta hurt where does that stand now I've -- able to fight that out of -- well and see that the -- are looming over my head.

And right now we're in the process of going through that the court process and and it's my.

My hope and my dream that was my childhood dream to be -- Virginia -- -- -- that.

You know ultimately.

Will be able to.

Get back to doing what we were doing one of the greatest joys of my life was having people families and children come to the firemen experience.
