Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria -- out from the spots extreme weather center with your forecast for the northwest and also portions of the midwest and -- today.

It is going to be relatively cold day out across portions of Montana take a look -- feelings when he seven degrees for your high temperature today.

27 over in Casper and 29 in the city of Missoula.

Meanwhile the Pacific northwest not suing usual pretty near normal 46 for you in Seattle 45 over in Portland and high temperature at 44.

And the city of -- -- is going to be very unsettled -- let's take a look at portions of the northwest.

And also the northern Rockies we had a number of storm systems impacting us with a lot of heavy snow.

Feet of snow expected across parts of the higher elevations up.

Montana and also into portions of Idaho the cascades also expecting significant snowfall we've been seeing that snow coming down here already for -- and also that rainfall.

Moving on into areas in Seattle and also Portland and take a look at the feature radar we're expecting it to remain rather unsettled out here.

More snow forecast for the higher elevations and you can see that snow coming down as well across Montana Idaho and also into Wyoming.
