Hi everyone I'm meteorologist -- and me now from the fox -- weather center with the forecast for.

The northern plains and also the Pacific northwest and today's going to be -- very cold day out.

Across portions of North Dakota take a look at Bismarck your high temperature today just one degree you factor in the wind.

And those wind -- temperature should be below zero so it's gonna be a very cold day for you guys bundle up.

-- CC as a head outdoors otherwise across portions of the Rockies not too bad for the month of January 35 in -- 36 in -- and Missoula expecting high temperature.

Just shy of forty at 38 degrees the Pacific northwest not controlling usual upper forties in Seattle and Portland -- for -- high temperature over in the city of an effort.

But it is very unsettled across parts of Seattle and Portland we've been dealing with the rainfall.

All the the last couple of days we've been seeing that snow coming down across the cascades and for today guess what more of the same still seeing that rain coming -- in Seattle down I five.

It's important Lindsay could be seen some delays out there -- Indiana some of those airports or even if you're doing any driving on the roadways and take a look at the feature radar.

Northern -- staying rather unsettled with more snow for months and -- parts of Idaho -- into Wyoming.

But as we -- here Thursday and also into -- Friday we could be seeing a -- -- -- long in between storm systems and then another little disturbance will be swinging to western portions of Montana.

Again that's as we head into your Friday so another system will be swinging through.
