Fox News alert on new details from an apparent workplace shooting at an office complex in Arizona welcome to a busy.

Brand new hour of America live -- one where the news is breaking by the moment I'm Megyn Kelly.

We are now hearing that three people were shot in this incident and they may not be the only victims.

And with conflicting reports suggesting that the gunman is either still inside or some -- on the loose.

The situation is far from over Trace Gallagher tracking this like our West Coast newsroom Trace.

Happen inside a mortgage jobless meg getting Glendale about twenty miles outside of Phoenix -- live pictures now from our fox affiliate KP HL there you can see they're trained on this building a pretty vast complex.

As you said conflicting reports as to whether the gunman might still be inside that complex.

Some more in there or if he fled we're being told.

That that this is a man that may be in his sixties who went into this building targeting.

Somebody.

Three people were shot to other people were injured somehow during all of this and there were reports that a woman called 911 saying that she had locked herself inside a room.

But that she could hear people outside of that room screaming.

Again he went in targeting people and opened fire inside this mortgage building you can see right there that brought three people out on stretchers earlier and they -- saying that all three of those victims.

Have life.

Threatening injuries.

Again police also believe that this was a targeted shooting.

Inside this mortgage job as there was some -- that it might have been in a parking garage and now we've learned that it actually was inside this office building one mile.

Around this building has now been locked down because it's unclear -- the shooter fled outside.

Of that perimeter or if in fact he still might be inside and the entire building as you might imagine -- -- has been evacuated.

As we get more updates on the condition of the victims.
