You leaders -- many of the law's requirements drive up their costs for their workers and they want some of their lower paid members.

To get federal insurance subsidies once designed for workers without employer coverage.

Some twenty million Americans are in this push for the subsidies.

And they generally work at smaller companies not the big ones and the -- the Wall Street Journal contacted the White House for this story for common ten.

Officials say the issue is subject to rules that are still being written so honestly so many companies.
