He was moved to intensive care yesterday Koch is hospitalized Monday two days after he had been released from another hospital stay.

He was forced to miss the premiere of the documentary about his life Tuesday because of his health problems.

Koch at heart surgery in 2009 was also hospitalized twice late last year.

He was 88 years old.
