But if you go to the store and you turn around like a Diet Coke or Pepsi or Coca-Cola you'll see that they have about 260 calories that's just for a soda I -- you can easily.
-- and down one or two of those.
And -- you're looking at 50600 calories.
So if you can switch out a regular soda perhaps for diet or even try some of the little additives that you can put in water like -- -- crystal light.
-- actually eliminated more than 300 calories.
Because those only have about five calories.
And it's funny you know when you think about those alternatives some people go but I want my staple the -- and they try something like a seltzer water with lion.
It's so refreshing it is -- nice change of pace and then you can use those calories elsewhere.
Absolutely absolutely and and I everybody loves chilly it's freezing outside here in New York so.
Lot of people are gonna want they're savory warm.
Snacks Chile is certainly at the top of the list.
It it can be good for you can be bad for you how -- we get on the good side a chilling.
