Appeals court recently ruled that President Obama overstepped his constitutional authority when he appoint three members to the National Labor Relations Board or NLRB.

While the senate was in recess last year Republican senator John Grasso says that means all the NLRB decision since those appointments are no good -- Earlier I asked him about his plans to block -- And National Labor Relations Board Shannon who were illegally and unconstitutionally.

One court has ruled is that those people are there illegally and unconstitutionally.

You know Shannon it's time for the president to work with congress not try to sidestep.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta has been very clear that he's very concerned about pending defense cuts through the sequester and through other means.

He talks about the fact that it will -- be devastating those are his words are you convinced.

That senator hagel shares his concerns for that and would do what he could to protect the Pentagon and the military.

-- not convinced of that at all -- because what secretary Panetta said is what I think is the truth and previously go Chuck Hagel has said that he thought that there was so you know a lot of load didn't in the defense budget and he could take a lot of that.

During the draw down would need to make sure that there are enough troops there to continue the job that needs to be done.
