It's investigators in Turkey -- ordering the blood and DNA sample from the 21 people to try to find out who killed a woman from New York City.

So -- Sierra a mom visiting Istanbul alone but she didn't catch your flight home last month and on Saturday.

Investigators say they found her body.

Reportedly with a head wound police say there's no evidence that she was robbed and they don't know yet why somebody targeted for death.

Here in New York City family members say they still haven't told -- children -- nine and eleven that mom.

Now Sierras autopsy has now been completed so they'll take DNA samples from her body and see if they match any of those potential suspects investigators say.
