Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina out from the fox extreme weather center with -- forecast for the southwest.

And -- today we're looking at temperatures aren't really too bad for this time of the year I mean you're in the seventies right now and that's Phoenix looking intelligence in mid seventies.

As far as your -- goes 73 over in Tucson 58 degrees in the city of Denver -- in Albuquerque.

And across Southern California sixty degrees for -- high temperature in Los Angeles.

Not expecting much snow we -- rainfall across portions of the four corners or parts of the southern and central Rockies relatively quiet.

Colorado you talk Arizona and even -- Mexico expecting a lot of sunshine for most of you four today but as we head into northern parts of California northern portions of Nevada we do have some moisture.

From a storm system that will be impacting portions of the Pacific northwest.

Creeping its way down in your areas you've got to deal with the clouds and even some showers across extreme northern areas.

The state of California for today and then by Thursday you're talking when another impulse moving through.

And -- -- producing some more significant precipitation across northern portion of the California.

Higher elevations snow lower -- rainfall but the rest of the area Nevada southern California's central California with you in San Francisco and the Rockies.

Generally quiet as we head -- next several days.

The exception will be across parts of Colorado we will have to deal with a little bit of snow out there across the mountains but that's welcome news for anyone trying to -- -- out here.
