And tonight they they have an exclusive I'll be joined by George -- is defense attorney Mark O'Meara after a Florida judge denied his request to delay the trial earlier today but first.

I want to remind you of the bullying by the liberal mainstream media and the Obama administration when it comes -- this case.

Let's start with the deceptive editing done by these so called journalists at NBC news back in March this year.

When they blatantly distorted the 911 call remember this George Zimmerman made just before he shot -- -- -- the tape that the network played.

Well those -- the -- they actually played for their viewers.

This guy looks like -- -- for -- good as he looks more in particular where.

-- -- -- -- -- One problem that's not exactly how the call happen.

Believe what you didn't hear was that Zimmerman had been explicitly asked -- that -- 911 operator about the person's race.

All why would they edit that out with some of us.

Her postpartum.

Who has come break into mind your business and real solution should sky six it's -- -- -- she's from the leader is on drugs -- home it's playing.

You need to.

Walking around look and well.

What -- let's -- looks more and.

All the question is he white black or Hispanic -- and Zimmerman defense attorney whether or not he believes that deceptive editing may have tainted potential jurors.

But before that Georgia women's brother Robert -- speaking out in an interview with bright -- news he says the media it was not the only disappointment in this case.

But the rush to judgment based on race alone went all the way up to the president of the United States.

Hume -- of his skin color and and his.

-- -- -- -- Looking like trader Juan Martin and here -- this president.

From the back -- the Rose Garden.

Making comments about someone.

Based on his skin color.

I think we -- believe we -- -- little let down initially and and then.

-- disappointment group I don't think a white president.

Would have been able to get away with the same thing.

And joining me now in an exclusive interview is attorney for -- -- -- -- -- -- with us.

Martin.

What about what Robert said and what about the editing you guys are now suing NBC news.

Do you think it has a big impact on this case.

But it really does the problem with that is that a lot of people came rushing to judgment on this case and it was sort of begun.

By those -- came into Sanford with an agenda and that agenda was to make this a racial case.

It wasn't didn't even we know that now because after the FBI's exhaustive investigation they found absolutely no evidence of racism.

At all and Georgia's actions for apple was NBC I guess in an attempt to try -- get ahead of the pack.

Decide to take a bat and they placed their bet on racism.

They said well maybe he's a racist we'll get out of it I won't say he is -- with it.

Is that they -- absolutely wrong they misled the public really helps a way.

Not -- -- the aggravation that existed against George Zimmerman but truly made this a racial event when it absolutely.

What's not so when I interviewed both -- George.

He confirmed to me and then you know him as -- anybody at this point that he spent a lot of his stick a spare time free time.

Helping underprivileged kids minority children all races and backgrounds.

I -- a -- whole lot about that in the media tell us what he did.

Well.

If I would have to prove that I was in not a racist -- ever more difficult time that -- -- to -- -- Georges and not a racist because with George we know is great grandfather.

It's Afro Peruvian which is black.

We know that he mentored two black.

Children in the Orlando area even six months after the program and it is still continue doing it we know that his grandmother.

-- baby sat forward to black girls during the six year period.

So that for six years both from the beginning of the morning before they went to school the for the after hours after they came back from school.

George and his siblings hung out with these two other children probably has their mom -- working.

Not to mention what I think it's most significant.

Because this most current is that it was George who really led the fight to bring out.

The what happened -- to Sherman where we're certainly aware of black homeless man in Sanford.

Was beaten up by Sanford cops on and the whole thing was ignored and swept under the rug it's amazing to me that Natalie Jackson.

Involved in this case was representing Sherman way -- and mountain -- is -- impact on bringing that case to the forefront right.

Not exactly compatible we are describing here with somebody that has a racist but that that is a racist.

All right let let me ask you this so you -- that the ruling today it's -- -- quiet in the case this is gonna heat up.

National attention is going to be drawn to this the president's gotten involved.

Give us the very latest and where you go from here and and for example.

You know what is George do it is his -- totally out of Holden now at the mercy of the jury at this point or he had a chance to get this thrown out earlier.

But his career on the -- continuous deny the judge who is that we've had enough time I respect the ruling.

And we will abide by it I don't know how calm we're gonna get ready for this case at a time we have left -- likened it to trying to.

Someone -- you gonna build a fourteen Storey building and you have three months ago it that could be said to be done but I don't know how it's -- be accomplished and it's really difficult realizing that.

The defense fund -- arm which is really just.

Whole fall on the support of his supporters out there in the country.

Is now it's absolute low so the money that we needed to hire.

Defense experts say continuing depositions is simply not there you say he -- saying as a result of this he's back he's broke he's bankrupt.

Please vote -- Brooke I think there's less -- a few thousand dollars in the defense fund that I talk to you about sort of the need.

-- increase in donations I mean you know it to a small part if -- might it is she's the defense fund dot com and it's the way that we need sort of need to deal because if you do we get that type of information that type of support from the community we have to look towards signing indecency finding.

To have the state support.

All right we're gonna continue to follow the case -- America and also the media bias.

And we'll see how they they pick it up as the -- case now comes back to the forefront of the public attention.

Thanks for -- wants.
