Your guide to creating happy endings and you beacons and she's my test this morning it's really resonated with me last night when I was reading notes I'm glad I'm -- -- a lot of women and men.

You know will will want to read this and tell me why.

Any time to good time to start over and nothing as massive as oh my gosh I've got to usher in some new version of myself.

You know -- second take is another chance to get it right so it's kind of a a -- the tweak a way to transform and really take charge.

Who you want to be now because it's an ongoing process and I think we lose ourselves on the way to becoming who we are.

You know like a lot of women with Saturn when I became so resentful.

When I got so angry when it had become the person who lets others walk all over me.

When you don't have to be.

You can just call for -- -- whether you're a working woman or a stay at home mom I mean think about people struggle with the my doing the right -- in my life right now like I -- that right balance.

And you say that finding that balance especially for you going from TV to -- fighting alzheimer's.

It out of respect for your mom in your grandma.

You use you say that they're sort of a myth there about the -- oh I think balance is bogus.

I really do and I think we have to collectively -- the balance math because.

It's the thing that sets us up to feel like failures there's no middle of the seesaw so I think we should stop looking for it.

In my opinion I think we should just navigate rather than balance and look at not how we're balancing her time but how we're investing it.

And you also say in this book that take two and finding something new in your life can end up actually being better for you in the long run -- what you were doing.

We're always in a constant on a constant river of change I think.

And kind of saying okay changes at the door come on and sit down let's get real about what's coming up next.

You know if you are to look at how we get out of whack.

To stay balanced if you're riding a bike you just keep moving.

And that's what I think we all need to do is just keep moving forward it's a great analogy.

As I said I think it's gonna resonate with so many people these -- -- take to your guide to create.

Happy endings and new beginnings which is the important parts than you can -- exactly right and you know what.

They're out there is gonna open up forum let me know what you think I hope he I have feel like it -- thanks so much into my pleasure.
