In the ex girlfriend murder trial Jodi arias -- is returning to the witness stand facing.

The possible death penalty for the brutal murder of her boyfriend.

Travis Alexander just after he reportedly ended their relationship that was back in 2008.

This area says appearance is now different from when she was dating Alexander but it isn't just her looks that they've changed.

Her story has changed a lot.

During an early police interrogation she denied killing -- said she knew nothing about it she last spoke Alexander the day before his murder.
