What to do is when you take a look at the way social media works -- we connect because -- things we have in common where we grew up where we live where we work for we went to school.
Will criminal case and went out to protect it was no different we wanted to learn the same things about our victims are suspects.
What I've done is put into a central place.
A location to -- citizens -- and law enforcement agencies community upload a case citizens come -- and connect.
They start connecting to things that they might have -- -- on cases they weren't even aware about so.
You know what we're doing is connecting people not just one case but to every case that's in our system.

Ten years ago but you never would have heard about it because you're in a different media market.
Social media really kind of shrinks the world around us and makes it easier for law enforcement to get the information they need to solve crimes are so it's eight this is something that gives -- -- enforcement agencies wherever they be.

I spent a lot of time in classified and unclassified environments I saw a lot of dots not getting connected because we didn't do a good job -- discovering the dots that this is about discovery.

Is a case of Bethany Dekker who's been missing for two years was five months pregnant last seen January 20 ninth 2011.
So we're working with them to generate more awareness more leads.
