His problems began.

When he accused of superior officer.

I suspect who was in police custody.

And it was found that he had made up those allegations for whatever reason and that's what began.

The process that eventually led to him being fired from the police department.

And then he had a number of years to appeal.

And then this all started when his he ran out of of appeals and so I just wonder at what point in time.

Should should someone put a red flag on this guy who is former military.

A trained police officer that this was someone with the potential anyway.

To explode like this.

I can guarantee you Rick when we go back and look at his case will find it even in the initial.

Allegations that he had fabricated.

This accusation against.

Fellow officer or -- superior.

That even then they knew that something was amiss and I -- there were multiple opportunities I don't I've evaluated him I haven't reviewed the record and -- -- predict.

This guy isn't just a menace he's not well.

He's not with us psychologically.

He's at the end she is an impulse control disorder whatever might beat.

It's with people who are struggling with -- psychological psychiatric disorders in a system that doesn't offer them.

Into the police force training program and served as a a police officer what kinda typically what kind of psychiatric evaluations take place.

Before someone is allowed to move through.

Already -- and can be as simple as interview this I register psychologist and a a simple standardized test if that.

We are all estimated -- There's some kind of you know find filter through which you must pass to become a police -- -- not so.

And not so even then to get sharp -- training and not necessarily add to the military.

But we have guys coming out of the military facing horrific cases of PG AST.

Taking their lives in greater numbers than ever before who were told that in the service to be.

To be resilient.

While they're on police forces were not deploring what are remarkable healing -- psychiatry psychology.

This fellow has issues that don't start with EL EPD.

Against conflict in his sense of outrage at not being honored as a person.

That didn't begin with his employer he transplanted.
