At the northeast want to talk about this story of this manhunt out in California.
That's going on right now police do not know where the suspect is he is a former.
Police officer.
Who has written a manifesto he he actually lost his job.
A number of years back and he has been petition to try to get the job back.
He's not he did not get his job he -- win his appeal and so he wrote a manifesto and pledged revenge on all those who he considers to be at fault.
For him having lost his job he said that he did he will stop killing people once the police department -- his his good name wolf.
Obviously none of that is going to happen right now as police are looking for this man who has killed three people and as we said has promised to kill more.
Let's talk.
Right now with -- -- tableau was a member of the Fox News medical -- you find him on Twitter at key tableau.
This story is bad news doc and I'm wondering.
Because this is what -- this is what occurred to me here you have a guy.
Obviously he has a grievance.
A longstanding grievance against his former employer in this case the Los Angeles police department.
Where he was accused initially.
His problems began.
When he accused of superior officer.
-- beating.
I suspect who was in police custody.
And it was found that he had made up those allegations for whatever reason and that's what began.
The process that eventually led to him being fired from the police department.
And then he had a number of years to appeal.
And then this all started when his he ran out of of appeals and so I just wonder at what point in time.
Should should someone put a red flag on this guy who is former military.
A trained police officer that this was someone with the potential anyway.
To explode like this.
Well.
I can guarantee you Rick when we go back and look at his case will find it even in the initial.
Allegations that he had fabricated.
This accusation against.
Fellow officer or -- superior.
That even then they knew that something was amiss and I -- there were multiple opportunities I don't I've evaluated him I haven't reviewed the record and -- -- predict.
There were multiple opportunities were -- -- -- listen.
This guy isn't just a menace he's not well.
He's not with us psychologically.
He's at the end she is an impulse control disorder whatever might beat.
And that opportunity your opportunities we're probably -- as in every case of horrific violence that we've seen of late.
It's with people who are struggling with -- psychological psychiatric disorders in a system that doesn't offer them.
That its new -- here and intervention that they -- -- -- some thoughts intervention against their will.
I just wonder though I if if this is someone who was able to get military training this is someone who was admitted.
Into the police force training program and served as a a police officer what kinda typically what kind of psychiatric evaluations take place.
Before someone is allowed to move through.
Those institutions.
Well -- day.
Already -- and can be as simple as interview this I register psychologist and a a simple standardized test if that.
And so.
We are all estimated -- There's some kind of you know find filter through which you must pass to become a police -- -- not so.
And not so even then to get sharp -- training and not necessarily add to the military.
But we have guys coming out of the military facing horrific cases of PG AST.
Taking their lives in greater numbers than ever before who were told that in the service to be.
Essentially it's -- -- optimism.
To be resilient.
We turn to death in here to a lot of the suffering of people and -- -- Lucent in their psyches.
While there in a military.
While they're on police forces were not deploring what are remarkable healing -- psychiatry psychology.
Really it's it's an -- -- -- tool box to used.
Help people be their best and stayed equilibrium -- reach equilibrium.
This fellow has issues that don't start with EL EPD.
Against conflict in his sense of outrage at not being honored as a person.
That didn't begin with his employer he transplanted.
Emotions that probably have their roots very early in his -- when he felt marginalized.
-- -- who knows what and now he's shooting people what they're not even those folks he's shooting it -- from his past but these.
People are real good didn't they really believe they really -- these transplanted.
Rage some other part -- -- -- that he lacks the courage.
They go back -- image existence that's the trouble.
That's the heart of all people projecting.
One's -- aren't the others because you're unwilling or unable.
To go explore it.
Thank you -- doctor Q tableau a member of the Fox News -- team.
