He's a big fund raising dive for the president and he's very outspoken.
Well I I tend to think that most of the artists look at things it these days through that lands but it did change a guy like Elvis -- coming up in the fifties I was a traditional gone back.
And then.
The sixties came men and everything changed.
The music industry has ever gotten away from.
Well it's sort of been part of the tag of the culture I think.
Along with him the music came a lot of the parties in the the rock and rural part and then all the things you've heard about read about whether it's The Rolling Stones are lots of those things that people have heard about.
These people crazy there all not a suspect I mean Michael Jackson kills himself right Elvis pretty much killed himself.
A Janis Joplin Jim Morrison the list is endless Jimi Hendrix.
They never seem to learn.
It's hard to -- predicted -- goes on inside via the minds of an artist but that's what makes them an artist that that sense of creativity.
That thing that makes them tick is probably the very thing that pushes them to the extremes that sometimes can cause you know fatalities.
And things that.
You know that end up not being good.
What was the most dynamic talent that you saw -- you basically are guys who who's looking.
For the next big thing in -- -- came to -- I signed Mariah Carey.
I had the chance worked with Michael Jackson who has as brilliant as they come.
-- you couldn't get through to him on the social level.
Well it wasn't my job to get through my job was to get.
The best possible music that he could make.
And that I could sell for him that was really what my role -- was that a difficult process Tom it wasn't easy could take years sometimes years you know it's like any artist you can paint many campuses but then you may labor over one campus that could take forever.
See I'm an artist and I do this every day that I just -- You're not an idea I.
You know -- -- -- over the kid is just get out of actually managing you know you're discovered Mariah Carey and actually married all right.
We signed -- -- -- nineteen years old she catapulted to superstar to very quickly by the time she was 21 -- dirty won two grammys and you know then continued.
A path of having number one records seventeen number one records in a row and then it all blows up -- -- reinvent yourself.

I think that the technical aspects of whatever goes on and -- see it makes it very difficult for anybody to -- But you probably made the call.

All of them have a run of hits right that they hear in their mind who told me I hear it in my mind right and had to stop yes.
