A restaurant you have a regular customer five year old Milo.
And he came in one day and there was a table sitting next him another family that made -- remarks about him he has Down's syndrome you.
Refused.
To serve that table you didn't know if you'd be fired well it turns out.
Your story got national and international -- tell us what started happening the response you started getting in from strangers.
The responses Ben.
Overwhelmingly amazing.
Thank you cards letters gifts in the mail.
Contributions.
Everything that's come in.
To the restaurant the other either people -- and or through the mail has gone to the rise school and people come in just to say thank you people commander shake my hand and it has been the most amazing.
That experience ever.
So all those contribution I just came in described -- Michael you took those contributions over -- the school when you visited them.
Absolutely absolutely people are making people have been actually over -- being mean and or giving me these kids.
On behalf or just giving them to me about I can't accept them because that's that's not what this is a -- so every penny that -- yeah what was the family saying about Milo that upset you so much.
Special needs children need to be special somewhere else in other words don't bring them in here and disturb me while I'm eating and that's just on her eye care that's it's unacceptable.
So you went to while -- school and you took all the contributions that people had made -- for your being a hero in this situation you donated it to the school.
What was -- doing that day when you made a special -- He was that the kids came in and -- in their little groups according to class and he was.
Actually he was having the time of his -- he was dancing around and singing with the kids and just really having a good time he was surprised to see me -- I -- will you Wear that crown well Michael.
That's how -- they could see if it.
Did you hesitate go back to that day that all went down in the restaurant.
Did you hesitate at all because oh goodness -- by make a stink here I may lose my job.
Absolutely not that -- the thought never occurred to me no sir.
And then don't you think by that action I think maybe you're setting a great example for the rest of the country when you run into a situation like this you.
Are you surprised how much response you've received from not only United States but around the world.
It's been incredible and I'm hoping that's what will come out of this -- every awareness awareness and tolerance and just stand up for those that cannot defend themselves.
The children though are the real heroes I don't feel like a hero and anyway it's the children.
And it was the most emotional it was beautiful Thursday it was so emotional it was wonderful.

A scholarship fund at the rise school.
To help these.
Kids further -- it's changed you also having done is -- having stood up from my understanding it's changed you what -- you planned to do now.
I plan to volunteer my time and continue this cause.
Through contribution or whatever I can do with the rise school or any Down syndrome organization.
Also I will be volunteering my time once a week -- homeless outreach center in downtown Houston.
And I know this because we've talked to miles family Michael -- -- you a member of their family now.
We were kind of we kind of felt that way about each other to begin with a lot of our guests -- Lorenzo's.
That's how it is they -- regularly and -- more friends and or family.
Yeah I don't really think of him as guests pay if people around the who watched the show wanna donate to the calls keep this ball rolling that you started work weeks and donations.
