She says she's been betrayed by her president a former officer Kimberly -- what.

One of the heroes in the Fort Hood massacre saying the President Obama has broken his promise to make sure the victims would be taken care.

The trail.

Would be in it or not to consider at least a little bit have the victims have been taking care of in fact they've been neglected very badly so the president's promise unfulfilled -- Commonly is not alone either along with -- Fort Hood victims she's suing the military claiming the government's calling the massacre.

Workplace violence is nothing short of political correctness and means less medical care.

And benefits for them.

Charles Sculley stimson former deputy assistant secretary of defense for detainees have senior legal fellow with The Heritage Foundation and Kelly good morning to you.

We have heard this from other victims but when she uses the word betrayed.

And speaks about a for the first time it gets another headline.

-- gotta hand it to this woman has pretty courageous of her to say that.

-- all victims like her and those involved in -- shooting in any victim in the criminal justice system including the military justice system.

Deserve.

To be treated with respect and deserve the services.

That they've earned.

And so I'm hopeful that this.

Segment and and other segments in light put on this at the lawsuit.

Action in congress will.

We'll bring some light to this and that corrective action can be taken you where you wonder why it's taken so long -- -- what what's the hold up here.

Well number one bill there's an ongoing trial and they're still on pretrial.

Stages of the -- case and I think some people are reluctant to.

To do anything that might in their minds disrupt the trial or cause a negative impact on the try -- -- -- -- a bit differently.

Look.

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt like any defendant any American court.

But if.

They change the rules so that these folks could be awarded purple hearts if if.

They're deemed worthy of it and I think many people believe they are ideal.

That won't have any negative legal impact on the trial in fact it might help things because like you would see somebody like the defense attorneys saying what.

You actually got awarded purple heart to testify the way did.

And they can come back and say that no I.

-- ways you can return to workplace violence when a guy shouting Allah Akbar.

Are right in front of you my only shot three times we're with Sean Manning another victim shot six times in the state of Washington on death by a year ago ABC has some.

Exclusive video that role here a moment but that's that's -- -- our report from fox files that was done last June.

And in that story and show how Sean managed just ticked off and he too feels the same way that -- feels.

So here's the exclusive video from ABC's -- this year.

In the -- And uniform.

On post in the US.

-- that that is his stunning to watch -- Yeah there it really is bill and look.

That though the Fort Hood shooting report that came out of the Pentagon left a lot to be desired we've talked about this before.

They didn't mention the motivations at that this accused had -- dimension.

In detail the contact that he had with Al locking who's now dead the American cleric who was killed.

By a drone strike.

That the fact is that that these folks deserve to be treated with respect and deserve services and I'm hopeful.

I just like this network did a lot to get the -- that the marine who is jailed in Mexico out of jail because they put a lot of touched on this that.

The attention drawn to these folks who feel the way they do for good reason will help them and their plight.

Well the more people that report out of perhaps that that comes their way.

But don't knew what when I think about the time I sat down with Sean Manning and what what he is going through in his young marriage and trying to figure out in his own mind you know where the future lies in.

You know his own health and well being and he's just one of several yeah.

So now we see it again there and we'll see what happens.

Let let me let me add this if I sit at -- one thing bill you know.

The army secretary is a good man.

He's a solid citizen he wants to do right -- he's a former Republican congressman from New York.

And I'm sure the secretary to cure the Q when he puts us on his radar screen of everything he -- to get this right well let's hope so a lot of people are waiting for that Kelly thank you Kelly Simpson -- -- Washington today.
