And he's just individual that could not except rejection like almost everybody does they picked themselves up dust themselves off and move on home.

That claim was dismissed as unfounded and then he was terminated for filing -- and unfounded and false complaint.
And and their began this wave of problems.
That's correct -- now actions.
So -- some of those who support him say well the LAPD he's got this long history of of racism in particular against black officers and there was.
There was a piece in the in the LA times and op Ed.
By someone named Connie Rice today talking about the sub culture that existed there -- the -- treatment systematic mistreatment of black officers.
Connie.
Race it exempts you insist you started changing things in in the LAPD.
But did that exist and is that what could be behind some of this support for this man.
I think that's exactly what's happening that was the history of the Los Angeles police department it was gracious organization it was a brutal organization.
And have awful relations with the African American community.
Not all of its members majority of its members did not engage in activity but it was felt that the leadership tolerated and that's kind of an anything goes attitude and one of these -- pitch with the worst race riots in American history.
Over the last twenty years in twenty years is a pretty significant.

That department has changed it is today and one of America's most progressive and couple quick statistics for you.
It is a minority majority department in which.
40% Latino.
15% African American city it's 111%.
He Asian representation.
Gay lesbian and his -- -- presentation.
And 22%.
Of the captains and above African American.
Well what do you make of the fact bill that they are reopening his case you know that he.
This whole thing that got ahold of their reopening -- anything that's gonna kiss stave reopened now that he's dead -- it is.

The openness if you ruled the transparency organization saying look we have nothing to hide that.
He was charged he was found guilty to a processes.
