On the back of the special studio audience edition of Hannity and doctor Benjamin Carson as well that's all right you ready to take our audience question absolutely -- let's start over here Jason.

Election wanted to ask you about kids growing up and circumstances.

That you grew up and today in the ghetto in particular.

What Smith they're not enough adults.

With that sort of mindset is that -- leadership failures of the breakdown of the family.

What's the problem.

Combination of the things that you mention.

There's a great family breakdown for instance.

When you look at the African American community 7% -- the babies are born out of wedlock.

And that's -- talk about that because our family situations what's being -- the State's right.

But they're not equal that father is very much needed and producing the right kinds of role models for the children and giving them -- value system because if you don't provide them with a value system at home.

They're going to find it somewhere else and it may not be a good guys system.

So.

You com you combine that with the fact that when they go to school.

In many cases they're surrounded by a bunch of politically correct people.

Who begin to indoctrinate them in something other than -- can do attitude.

And we -- from a casino.

You know that the person I'm not surprised that a person but the popular -- -- the top pediatric neurosurgeon who literally has.

The brains of children in his hands -- personal responsibility would be your first and foremost idea.

And taking that thing further I wonder you started talking about health savings accounts.

And skin in the game how do you feel about this idea that if patients knew what they were buying knew what they -- get it how much -- -- -- course how much an MRI cost.

Instead we have a system.

-- all of this -- together with physicians who are afraid of malpractice afraid of being -- so.

So many tests are ordered unnecessarily on the patients either don't know -- again on the doctors either afraid of not ordering what what do you have to say about that.

Well first of I would say that you look at all the countries in the world.

We're the ones -- have a big problem with malpractice.

So what is it that -- that if it everywhere around.

The trial is associated.

-- a special interest to.

Any thing in our society almost that comes out of Washington that does that make sense is attached to a special interest group.

They become as I alluded to in the speech the fourth branch of government.

Until we deal with that we're gonna keep doing things that don't -- The main.

Course -- thank you for years your leadership.

What you do -- that the black liberal establishment.

Is not going to be happy with talk about the community activists some of the pastors.

Some of the politicians.

And the black media.

Because as your story of success that they don't want communicated to the black community because they thrive and talking about blacks -- big -- and these special treatments I want to thank you.

For all you do for your leadership because we need more leaders.

Such as yourself to communicate this story that America really is an exceptional country.

Absolutely thank you and I've heard from a lot black leaders actually since this time.

Who are very thrilled with what I'm thing I'm sure there's some that are not but.

People are starting to think for themselves and this is what I really enjoy.

Black people white people brown people you know people think for yourself.

Don't be a -- -- so the Government Accountability Office came out effective a year and fiscal report.

Back in January and they said that we need to start running surpluses.

Of 1% over the next century just keep the same jet debt to GDP ratio we have today.

What how it we can't the senate can't even budget are.

Processor budget in the senate right now how -- be shifting their -- to start -- that surplus.

Well you know I think we would get surplus is almost immediately.

If we changed our policy if if we took -- so a lot of the burdensome regulations.

If we drop the tax rates you it's -- money flooding back into this place if we just gave people the confidence in this that used to happen.

And you look what happened in this country.

When we -- have an oppressive government.

And we did encourage entrepreneurship.

-- just Iraq can it it's all pent up right now ready to go the -- of the money that's on Wall Street.

That money would be vested immediately if people felt that there wasn't some nefarious government -- trying to figure out how to get their money.

And by the way the money wouldn't be in the caimans which you mentioned in the user agent -- and also we would drill.

This match drilling natural gas with a Saudi Arabia I mean you look at north and South Dakota Montana you could on this you know correct me and we could just.

Below Saudi Arabia off them up economically.

I love not being PC Jeff Gordon and that actor and a I'm taking care -- 93 year old mom and so we have a few doctors and I -- one of them left his practice not long ago for something called them learning called concierge practice.

Another is very concerned about his practice and it's it continuance and it's his role in his own practice.

Can you talk a little bit about how this obamacare is this affecting doctors' and medical communities.

Well first of all recognized that.

You have to go back and look at this historically.

When Medicare.

Medicaid first came along.

You know doctors who took care of those patients knew that they want could make any money.

But they they were OK with it because the insurance company -- that time did have to pay for the ones who -- have insurance.

And just about every doctor there to -- can tell you had a percentage of their practice.

That -- indigent and Nathan can we -- taking care of those patients.

But now because that that the margins are so narrow.

Because insurance companies can do what they want to do.

They're not capable of doing that anymore and you know -- I do think we need from instruments.

Reform also because when you stop and you think about it.

-- the major pillars of our medical system our insurance companies that make money by denying people care.

We need to deal with that situation because that's inherent conflict of interest and I'm sure if we -- confident that's who we can figure out -- way.

That they can make it and a quick profit.

And people can still be taking care of but remember when we go to the agents -- situation.

Insurance companies will have a very different role.

Because they will just be doing bridge insurance and we also have with take care catastrophic conditions I wouldn't take a break.
