Yet another reported incident of air rage and airline passengers been accused of slapping a toddler.

And the boy's mother is speaking out Molly Line has those details from New York City.

Seems like a really cute little boy hit his adorable and -- anyone would ever traveled with a toddler knows that it can be challenging but no parent.

Even under the very cramped conditions of a plane flight but that is just what an Idaho man is accused of doing Minnesota mom Jessica Bennett awarded a delta flight.
