And out of the Fox News voter fraud unit voting for President Obama.

Once twice 34 times maybe more.

But has the possibility of Cincinnati.

-- veteran poll worker -- -- Louise Richardson admits she voted twice and also for other people during the November presidential election.

She told a local television station that she voted in person and by absentee ballot because she feared her vote would not count.

In public life I have to -- -- -- thousands of people certainly what in my book to count so I voted.

I voted at that it's absolutely no intent on my part admit any bona fide.

I want our house in Cincinnati but we could not reach -- for comment over granddaughter did tell us that.

She did vote for her she could see the Obama Biden lawn sign was still out front three months after the election.

The -- Richardson is one of a number of suspected double voting cases from the presidential election.

That are under investigation right now by the Hamilton County board of elections and the county prosecutor.

One board member who was also the chairman of the county Republican Party joins us now from Cincinnati -- actually to -- Lou Alex welcome thanks for joining us this morning.

I'm good good to be with your bus so it just -- -- she said she voted for President Obama once voted again.

But she apparently voted in a grand daughter's name maybe voted for somebody outside and the more votes from -- in absentee ballots what.

Has been their reaction of the board of elections to all of us.

Well we're investigating this as we should were investigating -- thoroughly.

We're gonna make a referral to the local prosecutor's office and hope that this case -- firmly prosecuted.

She says it's not voter fraud but it -- what do you think.

Well I disagree whether I think that -- up more than once in this case she could have -- up to six times -- we think that's a real problem we think that's a felony.

As a matter of fact we know that's a felony in Ohio and you know we hope that she gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law now you say up to six times can you detail in -- And how could this could happen though some of those absentee ballots from the house.

Well that the individual you're talking about about the we were looking at several other people but the individual you're talking about.

Was a poll worker here in Hamilton County for about 25 years and -- that's unfortunate and down.

-- -- without getting into great detail you know she essentially requested an early ballot -- -- and then working as a poll worker -- the second ballot for herself that was ultimately counted.

She also cast about for her granddaughter.

Our investigation has uncovered that we also believe that she's cast other ballots for people what this that the same address.

Where she lives so you know by my calculation she may have -- she may have cast up to six ballots.

In this race.

She says is gonna fight this -- shall be at a hearing next Friday I mean.

Have you folks been able to reach her to get an explanation she told the reporter that it's not -- -- -- as I said it's not voter fraud she hasn't done anything wrong which is gonna find.

Well you know where we've seen the same you reports you have we have not but I have not talked for the board has not some of our investigative team has.

You know we at this point we haven't heard from what we do -- -- subpoenaed to come to our board of elections meeting this coming Friday the 22 so we hope to hear more -- -- -- you know what would you say ask -- people say well it out just a handful of votes I mean -- gap between Romney and Obama was what like a 166000.

It wouldn't change the election just -- an inning -- so it's it's just -- few votes.

You know what we're doing at the board of elections is is up a bipartisan thing right now I mean we.

We're not -- -- talk about whether or not the election outcome would have changed we're gonna talk about trying to rooting out.

Serious fraud that's occurred and making sure that we prosecute felony criminal conduct.

What does this do.

To the credibility or to that to the democracy the very tenets of our democracy.

When -- voter fraud is proven when that happens.

And it -- the very fabric of our democracy and it leaves people.

But not feeling that there's integrity in the process and that really hurts our democracy -- and that's that's really got concerns all of us especially in a critical swing state like Ohio.

You know we have some comments you have some comments and the board of elections and -- -- that that the investigators and the board went down talked to some of these voters.

What investigators said I explained this is to about somebody -- I explained that she voted twice as she told me not to bother her and get off the phone and she hung up.

Here's someone else the voters said yes she voted early and then voted again that she asked what's the problem.

And here's another voter who was asked by the investigators quote voter said he remembered both times he doesn't know why he voted twice.

How do you stop people from voting twice.

Well be part of his what you're doing and that is for drawing attention to this.

And look and making sure that people understand the rules you know -- it should be intuitive to every citizen every American that you have the right to one vote.

To vote once.

And sometimes I guess for some people that's not so intuitive but for some people by the way they understand and they're looking to engage in inappropriate and illegal conduct.

And finally us for those just around the country say well there's -- vote of product it's meaningless and and it doesn't really happen it's a -- What what do you -- Well I mean that's that's just wrong and I mean now you can come to Cincinnati and see for yourself -- occurred here.

Again we intend to rooted out and fully investigated and prosecuted all right I got number of cases going on those hearings will be continuing and we shall be following them Alex -- -- fewer low.
