More of a surprise homecoming for Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez who returned to Caracas after more than two months and cancer treatment in Cuba.

There were huge crowds of supporters gathering in the streets today to celebrate his homecoming fueling their hopes that he could soon return to active -- Steve Harrigan live in Miami for -- Steve what do we know about his condition at this point and his return.

It's still not public knowledge what kind of cancer he suffering from Jamie.

That's the hope of those supporters but it's not clear he will be able to he was elected.

In October for six more years he told the voters that he was healthy -- But it's not clear he'll be able to really manage the government so far he's been unable to attend his own inauguration.

And right now there are many analysts who think that Travis has returned to not to rule again but to try and manage.
