Alec Baldwin was seen coming and going from his Greenwich Village apartment several times today.

Refusing to answer questions about an encounter a day earlier with a New York Post reporter and photographer.

The post says he told the female reporter he wanted to -- to death.

He's also reported to have used a racial slur against the photographer who is black the post says Baldwin also called a cameraman a crackhead and -- drug dealer.

Baldwin denies he said anything racist both he and the photographer have filed complaints with the police.

Ultimately it's very easy to push these bulletins he has a lot of lessons and they are apparently pretty easy to press have something we're just wondering.

Did he get sort of pushed around by the post and is it just fighting back or see once again it -- like.

It's the latest in a long series of run -- between Alec Baldwin the press and the law.

Just last year he was accused of attacking the daily news photographer who tried to take his picture after we got a marriage license in 2011.

Baldwin got the boot from an American Airlines flight after allegedly refusing to turn off this phone.

And I think it's ridiculous I think they should meeting should just leave them alone -- these -- wouldn't happen.

The -- live his life.

Of course is not right you know looting you know in his -- can be passed that.

Obviously we never get past that.

That's kind of sad that photographers at me you know staking out -- by the department but -- -- all the kind of suddenly you would have reacted to that.

Because I feel like being a celebrity even though you might not want that attention you have to know that.

It's gonna it's gonna come sometime in that that's really the case that's really what happened is no excuse for woods didn't.

But it just seems like another media circus my colleague Robert Moses tried to question Baldwin this morning for good -- -- say about the photographer yesterday from just him that much darker than there.
