-- -- David Tyree did your -- with the biggest problem in America actually -- joining us from New Orleans democratic strategist James Karl.

So -- -- the blow creating so far program.

First you define what you say is the biggest problem and then where I'm going wrong -- perhaps the other guests as well.

Well I think the biggest problem as long life problems -- the seven -- we've not been able to grow incomes and.

Countries so.

But trying to underworld walked two in say 19731975.

Everybody in America -- got a pretty consistent race and some around 1975.

A so.

Till now there's basically not been erased 657%.

Of people in the country and we just -- a very very horrid time figured out how to deal with yes.

Right now currently the biggest probably haven't we've had too much too much unimportant people unemployed for too long period of time and this is a bit about human tragedy of the first thought that you know we need to be looking at very closely to see what if anything we can do about this stuff I don't have them tomorrow I -- now really bothered us.

The first problem about wages being stagnant and actually falling for African Americans on to prison Obama how.

Does the leadership in America deal with that does the federal government take over the private economy.

But how do you deal with that in -- -- in a capitalistic system where competition drives wages.

Well -- I had -- to long term problem we've been drawn out since a 78.

We've just been through any of and in my opinion but probably still on a recession could technically we're out of the recession but we still in a very difficult -- terms and -- it.

As a result of the housing crisis that most people lost 40% of their wealth and and and obviously African Americans have been very hit very hard -- desk.

There's there's no doubt about -- but you know I'm on the outside doubt we're we're starting to come out of that economic numbers look and out of the health care cost of start and flatten it looks like we have a chance to have an abundant cheap or clean source of energy coming out lots of but we got some things yet that that that we can have a.

They're they're avoiding my -- -- a -- what's the solution to the wages -- as -- -- law.

The Obama administration wants to control a private economy the marketplace are -- Well and they're doing a lot of things to make the marketplace.

Responsible to Washington.

Not to competition.

So is that the right way to go all or do you allow the free market place to take it where it wants to take it.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Only the only cuts in Medicare would come for people who -- wealthy.

Over a certain threshold so let's not propaganda and -- -- her.

-- -- to be OK okay now let's get back to.

The vision that President Obama has.

As compared to your former boss Bill Clinton.

Clinton had a very responsible fiscal policy -- right in fact he ran a surplus in some of the years that he was president.

He didn't attempt to micromanage the private sector.

And he had a couple economic bumps in the role where is President Obama.

Is the biggest spending president in history by far.

And much more of a cannot really give.

Too much of any -- I don't really care much about the debt where it's Clinton kinda did or am -- wrong.

Well first of all that didn't.

Need more work would present Clinton took office economy was growing was starting to grow when it went -- -- -- -- the congress that the kind of I guess -- if I'm right they got -- have a -- got an offense.

I a lot of without any facts.

Erica right steps one thing about the effect -- let's be fair to have ought to be an -- -- local amp emigrant burst out second late.

You know after I did some of the both -- raise taxes on wealthy both of them tried to deal would healthcare followed by a bit of much of martian ground was a little bit with more successful and present plot was so.

Both jobs signed free trade agreement which a lot of people.

Dispute whether that helps.

Could you see a big difference between the unlimited and having ice well I'm not so much actually -- different settlement terms like style think President Clinton is a much more outgoing OK anybody that's not what I'm talking about a dog -- economic philosophy.

I'm firmly convinced that President Obama wants to create a Western European -- nanny state I didn't see that with Clinton yet.

I I don't think I disagree with John had but I I do think that he being bullied them in an aggressive government during a downturn and and a lot of other people -- on May look at that.

The auto industry situation I think you would think it was right but it was pretty aggressive that.

Why did struggle everybody down in Louisiana things are not even more ahead as the factor moves along it.
