It is a 12 punch rising taxes and soaring gas prices.

Can you still in the brunt of the impact.

But you guessed it the Americans who -- at least afford it.

That is according to executives from fast food chains and discount retailers this is slashing their spending power at the lower end of the economy is affecting business everywhere.

Dennis musical anger markets now on Fox Business Network he joins us Dennis I -- even.

Grumbling for the past senate two years about the fact that we hear politicians talk about the wealthy and the middle class.

And nobody seems talk about the lower middle class and the poor who are.

Taken a big meeting in all this -- Well they give -- -- no less educated always take a -- said during any long economic slump and of course we've had one of the longest.

In modern history it's started.

While we saw the first time in January as -- tiny tiny increase in sales retail sales from December that kind of words of people.

Then in February of a memo leaked from Wal-Mart which is senior executives there said you know February.

He said is off to the slowest worst start in my seven years at this company.

And Wal-Mart is where a lot of above lower income Americans shopped he got bit higher Social Security tax cuts to -- comes -- kind of went back up.

And you've got thirty cents a gallon higher for gasoline that's hurting.

You've also got delay in paying tax refunds are running a little late but here's the thing that bothers me most about this threat -- Is it.

Our economy is so feeble and so week.

That we can't managed to shake this off a person earns 500 dollars a week and not to pay a higher Social Security tax that's ten bucks that's not.

A crisis and yet this is hurting our economy and the reason our economy is having the worst comeback from a terrible recession ever.

Is pretty much because of our government policies our government's.

Attitude and its rules on business are hurting this recovery.

But it's not just policy ones and they said that that besides -- makes it and glue is me and that's who talked about the delay in tax refunds.

For the life -- understand why the government can be so cruel because a lot of Americans that pay their taxes all yearlong haven't taken -- and then they expect that at the end of the year when they go to the next unit filed for a refund.

They expect to get it because it is their money it's not the government's money but the government sits -- they know people only asking for a and the fact that they delayed is the most incredible incompetence and in many instances frankly is cruel to the hardworking Americans who expected and that's their money.

-- that is their money but let's remember that the bottom half of -- in the US economy.

Don't really pay any income -- -- by the time they get their refund I mean they're not.

-- -- Put these ten innocent child to a refund for the government to be so incompetent to get that done I mean that's that might complain that I have that theory -- talk about -- -- -- -- -- some of the -- refund economy and as lawfully applied for he or she thought I'd get an I have an incompetent government drag that went out.

You would think our governor is so good at spending money that it will be better at paying back money that it owes us since we overpaid and our taxes.

But overall government is killing business here it's it's coming in knocking on the door to tell business what is doing wrong and that is why our economy.

Is it going -- -- economy comes back but it's not going to be on the backs of the ports obligated gotta be because the -- starts betting.

It's good because business starts investing again capitalism is optimism monetize you invest.

Because you think good things are gonna happen businesses and investing yet.

Because we keep boring about bad things that are gonna happen.

Dennis so -- thank you thanks a lot better.
