Hi I'm Bill O'Reilly thanks for watching us tonight more unbelievable propaganda from the federal government paid for by you and -- me.

And is the subject of this evening's talking points memo.

As we reported last Thursday the US Department of Agriculture is hired a man named Samuel B concepts.

To conduct quote.

Cultural sensitivity.

Training.

Four US TA employees.

-- Todd says has used his paid position to demean the United States and to indoctrinate his captive audience.

I wanted to say sick if we work for federal agencies say that -- you're.

We have discriminated in the past.

Mexicans came to this country last night -- -- legal.

Never mind that the United States expanded and total global what used to be Mexico.

If the truth be known in a lot of these circumstances if you do some of these Mexicans go back where you came from the go to Texas California Arizona.

Another watchdog group judicial watch obtained that video and many others showing similar -- -- -- -- through the stream of information act.

In 2012 documents show that sensitivity seminars where held at least sixteen tops -- -- taxpayer hundreds of thousands of dollars.

So my question is.

Why is this happening to total waste of taxpayer money and insulting to the country.

Talking points believes the reason stuff like this goes on as a culture of liberalism is now gripped Washington.

Would a liberal president and -- the messages gone out progressive fluid as it.

And you know -- That's fine.

If it simply expression.

Once the taxpayer gets charged for the propaganda.

That's malfeasance that's -- misappropriation.

Of taxpayer dollars.

The direct villain here is USDA secretary Tom Vilsack former governor -- Very liberal guy -- second apparently committed to imposing.

Liberal thought on the people who work for him.

Note the word imposing.

Nonsense put out there -- B Tom says isn't challenged.

The big picture here is that the Obama administration is not only espousing liberal policy.

It is now demanding that federal employees told the -- Again that's not what the federal government's business to do it supposed to represent all the people not just -- -- I mean this guy the town says is off the shock.

Mexicans have a right to violate immigration law because of the Mexican American war in the mid nineteenth century.

Is that what the guys saying yeah that's what he's saying.

And we're paying for.

Just another add on to the seventeen.

Trillion dollar national debt.

I now pronounce -- federal government officially.

Out of control.

-- the top story tonight reaction.

To -- -- Washington Tom -- president of the F imaging group judicial watch here in New York City.

Alexis -- Johnson the executive director of the American -- institute.

So why should my tax money be go into this guy to say those things.

While exiting his very forward looking for the US government to be doing -- and I think -- quite behind where corporations have been doing for many years in terms of promoting cultural awareness and diversity training in the name of changing Democrats -- this country.

So that you think it's a good thing give me -- one concrete reason why.

Telling a -- to repeat after me the federal government the federal agencies have discriminated.

And Mexicans have a right to sneak in the country because we took it over in and Mexican American war and the pilgrims were illegal aliens and on and on and on.

Why is that.

Worthy.

The guys a little hokey in this training American allies -- -- -- he's a little -- he's a little OK hold on a not so little -- given me that are right.

So.

He has an agenda would you say what I would -- -- does he have an agent.

-- what he has is is a agenda he that he has is a mandate to help employees and a other federal -- doesn't matter floating around.

He he may have a mandate but what he's doing what you're seeing with your own eyes Alexis.

Is a mandate a political point of view.

Or am I wrong it's not a political point it's not have a political authority when it what it is is.

And understanding that that most Americans are truly egalitarian beings.

But we all hold diocese.

And acknowledging the fact that the federal government has played a role in some of these -- -- things like restrictive covenants and and and but that's not what he's doing yes he's putting enough -- he's.

Out he's basically saying I said this and in his first tape is Tom -- point nine and a moment.

He said basically.

That the United States is not -- worthy nation all right it's not.

And that we in the Department of Agriculture have to somehow overcome that that's a political point of -- you may believe that.

I don't want it may not a political point if you -- it usually is the fact that that it the United States first of all these these workshops were optional okay -- was mandated to go to them.

The second thing is that these workshops were really about trying to you encouraged.

-- federal employees to do -- -- understand that that our nation's demographics are changing pretend that the US well I think you can read the -- talking about -- aren't talking about where.

Where Tennessee home where.

It's not Tom is seen -- all the tapes -- They're not.

-- problem beyond his may be.

A little clown fish in his presentation but this -- is it anything to get worried about how do you respond to that.

Well I.

I think this is abuse of the government employees he's forcing in the say these controversial things I would never -- -- day as a -- and -- an optional.

Is that it not wasn't there was an optional.

It was documents show that some of the folks there had to be there.

One guy was thrown out for reading a book according -- we have.

And he said I want to read a book he read a book during its mandatory training so the idea that it's optional is not accurate.

And he's being paid so much money to do this and you say he's kinda hokey.

Well you know taxpayers are in debt as a result of hokey programs like this 200000 -- the Department of Agriculture.

If you go on the USA spending dot gov website he's made over two point eight million from the defense department for programs like this news.

-- the -- presentation was that it Defense Department as with the USDA same kind of propaganda it's it's this diversity type of presentations -- -- we don't.

Don't know if it's the same kind of stuff not exactly they've got plenty of tapes at the Agriculture Department they haven't given us yet but they're sitting on.

Well we yeah but I mean it would be surprising to me if the Defense Department would allow that kind of stuff to happen Vilsack is.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- That's true -- guys since this video first aired last week we are getting emails from all over the government.

About programs like this and other agencies.

This is par for the course and we have we have uncovered.

Quite the scandal here these programs are not only system wide within the Agriculture Department.

But in these other agencies and don't think the military doesn't force its employees ago this through this type betrayed have you have a file employees have.

Immigration act on -- other tapes and auditor.

Agencies have you filed.

That's right the state to -- he says in this tape the State Department -- sent him down to Venezuela.

To tell them about what it's like to be an American you know so -- attitude -- state track contract.

Do you understand Alexis my point here that I don't want to pay for this.

All right because I don't believe this is a fair presentation.

I don't believe it's constructive it doesn't do anything for the federal government.

Do you understand you may disagree and that's fine I respect -- disagreement but I don't want to pay for that all right yeah.

Understand that.

What I don't wanna pay for the federal bailouts but I ended up paying for those I think there -- a lot of lots of things that we -- American but this isn't an option what the Dallas -- any doubt that that we don't wanna support but it that we do we have to respect the leadership -- it -- him to -- that deleted -- -- -- -- get a guy like this and then going into it like I said we are far behind the corporations have been doing for numbers -- years because you do you think corporations.

Private enterprises -- do it why the military -- my my very dead birds that one of them the most diverse institutions that we should be proud.

It's about a series of bottom line -- like for you and for top.

I want this guy to -- times says to come in here -- that -- -- -- I will sure rated him verbally shred him.

On all the history that he's putting forth shred him I'll destroy him and what I do I want Vilsack to pay me what is it's not two point eight million.

I -- -- -- million total I'll try to -- all in fact I'll do it for two million and they can -- yeah.

And about about it right after that when I shred this guy here.

-- the nation's really going to be concerts and you'll never come in here because he knows he can't stand up to the facts are -- him and it Tom Vilsack and hire me and I'll do the numbers is that -- That's -- probably the diversity is on the diversity kind of guy yeah I think yeah service is it good thank you.
