Lawmakers are already bracing for the next budget battle after the sequester -- -- congressional correspondent Mike Emanuel tells us we are already counting down to another possible government -- While much of Washington is focused on the march 1 sequestration -- it won't be long until there's another fiscal fight over the continuing resolution funding the government.
