Back to that segment tonight New Jersey governor Chris Christie widely seen as Republican prospects for the White House in 2016.

Has not been invited to speak before the Conservative Political Action Conference C -- Which holds its convention next month in Washington.

So -- Mitt Romney Sarah Palin Marco Rubio Rand -- Jeb Bush all set to speak to gathering -- all Chris Christie.

Joining us now from Washington to explain why -- -- So I assume this has to do with.

Super storm sandy and then President Obama all right that's why they don't want to speak there.

PI think so and I think there's there's a vast overreaction to the state.

He's a leading Republican field obviously.

Presidential timber he's got the highest popularity.

Of any governor and he's in a release in a blue state.

Look I wasn't very happy with what it is -- I thought he deserved three months -- quarantine the three months is up.

And -- -- amount I have in the C -- we should have a white tent.

And if that's what it takes to win elections in the northeast -- nationwide.

Let's go for it.

All right now why the bitterness -- why the lasting bitterness you're a conservative guy.

You certainly favor the Republican Party at this point in history I think both of that.

Are accurate those have -- -- so why is the leadership of C -- Trying to diminish the -- that's what they're trying to do that dress and look we don't have any use for this guy and you shouldn't either why they trended.

Well look since I disagree I can't speak on their behalf I think it's a mistake I think they're trying to define.

Legitimate.

Ideology.

And fairly narrowly and they -- to rule people out here we are within four years to go for the next election.

We -- to keep the tent wide and open.

And let the people decide Republicans aside look I think what he did -- sandy.

And what he's done in being a moderate.

Will surely help them to win reelection as governor in his state he's way ahead nobody wants challenge him I think it will probably heard him.

If he writes for the presidency as a primary campaign.

Among the Republicans.

But he's articulate he's Smart.

He's a great politician.

And I think he'll make his case so I think the rule -- -- know in advance.

Because.

You know one I would call it unfortunate although I think he could explain it incidents.

-- -- sandy embrace I thought it was for the new embraced this kind of a lap dance although I'm not sure -- I'd like the image.

You know I think he would be on a lighter.

You know somebody liner right here.

Have you get her with that and it's it's Rhode -- out there I wouldn't worry as -- as a doctor I would recommend.

Things he did what he had to do.

For his state and -- always get the money and but he also help Barack Obama is no doubt about it he -- Okay I know Charles a big Quinton Tarantino family -- the the action and all that so you probably glued to the Academy Awards.

And there it comes Jack Nicholson and -- it looked a little unsteady but.

Sign on on Monday -- that happens Jack occasionally.

And he throws -- to Michelle Obama now last night we said.

We have -- -- -- effect I like her and I think she's done good work in the public service which he weighed in and the exercise and all of that.

But this was a very slick piece of propaganda -- -- the military people in the background orchestrated by Harvey Weinstein a fanatical Obama supporter.

All of this playing two of the Obama is -- Was there anything wrong.

With this in in that general sense not an ideological political sense in -- general sense.

I was -- good disturbed ideologically the problem I have is there ubiquity.

You know over the obamas are everywhere apart from the president giving a rally in -- speech.

And it televised speech you know every other day you know he's that the he's that's a Super Bowl.

He's at the carrier classic the basketball game and -- -- candidate you know he does his brackets for the NCAA on life.

Television and now you get Michelle at the at the Oscars.

He's they're nowhere where we can be.

Qaeda in the absence even a temporary absence of this yes or is it there and I -- -- well that's perhaps who are you yet.

An increase in scuba diving in the country as one place really felt -- there is a place said that you cannot.

See that -- That would be on -- -- Getting I was going to say you know what you want us in my life where you know -- is in my life I pulled that.

Right that's a good thing you did the one place I won't see him is on Capitol Hill negotiating with the Republicans.

As a way to save our budget -- -- one -- he's not if you.

If you would if you look for an -- in the corridors of power to try to save the -- you'll find his school.

You won't find that there you'll find they're going to be fishing went fishing side.

Maybe they could do brackets on what to cut.

You know little bracket -- it if you did it if he had the bracket that you would be an incentive for him to do that it made.

-- Charles Krauthammer everybody there is fact it's -- that day.
