He is breathtakingly hypocritical.

Ample up potential for influence peddling.

And also you know if you -- you if you donate enough money.

Well then you have access to the president so they're selling access that's another thing it's unprecedented nobody ever heard of anything like this before.

I think it's unnecessary who has the biggest megaphone.

I think they're working there appears to be illegal is if you're selling access to the president.

And these organizations do act basically at the behest of the president's political games.

Are you what's -- what are the chances this campaign will backfire on the president because it takes money away from groups traditionally dedicated.

When he house and senate elections now I have a supposition is that he doesn't care.

He's not much care he has never been interest in too much and strengthening the DNC or the Democratic Party he's been and his -- this is that the house of Obama.

More than it is trying to leave and Obama imprint on the DNC.

Well I mean he's had his people running the DNC.

-- senator from Virginia for example yeah it didn't change in -- over there and very -- Jim -- with these guys that I didn't no no -- the first governor to endorse in the -- and I don't know I mean this -- I don't know that this -- -- and not done.

Yeah I know this is one of the big worries on the democratic side in general is Obama all about Obama into the -- -- and going forward.

The coalition that backed elements of the times and the coalition is as bad news for the Republicans.

Is that Republican tied into Obama specifically as a brand as opposed to the democratic plan going forward and you look at the turnout.

For Obama as opposed to his democratic candidates in state -- say well gee look at that discrepancy -- -- so much higher for Obama.

Now the question in my mind is the scene and going forward looking out or just Obama or is he also looking out for the democratic brand is no indication -- -- -- -- -- idea.

Rest for sure that look this is the one thing that Republicans are hoping for.

That the coalition.

That Obama -- in winning.

First in 2008 and more impressively even in 2012.

Is an Obama coalition and it's not a majority democratic coalition but there's one other thing wanted.

No we did not use it for it was a brief appearance that he becomes generally to every national association meeting that we happen and -- comments that are consistent.

With the areas that you subscribe you -- demonstration.

That has routinely Chris taking -- steps that that really or inconsistent with the constitution affect -- said many times the constitution and -- this president.

When you look at Dodd-Frank.

The Dodd-Frank legislation.

There -- separation of powers issues they're due process issues.

We had eleven states now assuming that that the federal government here the DC court with respect that and constitutionality of -- frank initially EPA.

Routinely under the Clean Air Act Clean Water Act yet the EPA ignoring black -- law.

And putting states in a very.

I think the whole position and it's the job of the attorneys general to look at the -- and make sure that the federal agencies in this administration.

Are held accountable that they actually follow the laws that congress is that this past.

And at me many times as president as you know this said we can't wait he he simply acts ultra barriers to law gives direction to agencies to say go do this.

And I think it's almost an attitude that says kind of stuff if you can't yes and unfortunately AG's have been for the position.

It doesn't things don't move in -- clear strokes but something that I find very fascinating is this the there have been a lot of stories lately about Republican governors coming out to accept the Medicaid expansion yeah under the president's 2010 health law.

But what's funny is if it hadn't been for the lawsuit that you guys had.

There wouldn't be any choice it wouldn't just be Florida New Jersey Ohio and some other states but Texas Oklahoma -- -- bright red states would be joining because they have -- You're exactly right before the lawsuit that attorney general rot in March 2010 -- after the states that you have a choice -- and expand Medicaid.

The president and Affordable Care Act -- show.

In the Supreme Court said no you cannot be that you're violating the spending power.

And of the constitution you can't intimidate or coerce or threatened states to expand Medicaid its choice.

And so did the very decision that governor Scott made recently in Florida.

Or the governor of Ohio -- -- governor and Oklahoma governor Fallon has said no that decision that they are making right now Chris didn't even exist to your point.

Before our outcome.

In the June decision from last year so.

That's federalism in action people sometimes look at federalism they say that's a legal concept that's abstract -- it's real it affects people are very personal way.

And we're demonstrating that is the attorney general.

That the Republicans lost the lawsuit but in fact some pretty significant -- from it.

I wanna explore -- the question of the EPA energy and those things Oklahoma's biggest state it is natural gas and oil.

Are big in Oklahoma and a big part of what you guys do.

Out there the president has said as you said we can't wait and is gonna use the EPA.

To swing the -- not just on hydraulic fracturing for natural gas but also on carbon emissions writ large -- and all of those things.

Wouldn't what how does that -- -- What we've got several actions pending against the EPA and you're exactly right.

Though congress is said -- the Clean Air Act.

Though they set -- that the water act of respect -- -- fracturing that state privacy.

In the regulation of that process is is is Paramount.

The EPA's ignored that.

They've ignored -- the DL and rules that -- -- governor Jindal and I sent a letter to the president in December of last year that followed a letter that get McDonnell ascent.

Early -- year to urge the president to respect rule of law.

And to pull back the deal -- rules that were that were issued last year in fact they did the proposed rules would pull back earlier.

This year.

Now they're looking at again -- -- that when you think about hydraulic fracturing to think about the regional haze rule you think about current emissions as you've talked about.

Those are all efforts this administration to say we're going to -- the EPA to act in the super legislative fashion.

Because congress -- said one thing that the agencies are acting inconsistent with that I think it -- the other thing that that doesn't get a lot of attention.

-- you have certain nonprofits Sierra Club slaughter as guardians.

That will bring a lawsuit Chris against.

The EPA and justice who come in -- side of the -- In the same -- lawsuits brought they can best judgment in theater tickets -- called C would settle.

And there are blinded themselves to obligations that the law doesn't even require.

Affecting states all over the country so that there is a cozy relationship that exists between environmental groups.

This administration and the EPA the EPA should be regulators and industry not not punitive in their in the response to industry.

I suspect it to the courts and the -- -- be here in your your opinion on that a bit over the next four years yes yeah.

But we're not gonna get a meeting between the president and congressional leaders until Friday which is gonna be in the hours before it goes into effect.

Is is this blame -- worth doing.

The blame game is is about as stupid as the sequester as.

And all I know is I'm not to blame because I voted against the budget control like I thought this was a bad idea to begin -- -- that that's neither here nor there -- The problem is that we can easily head this off.

Nobody wants of that -- are very few people do and I'll -- to this.

Either delay it for a month when we will figure out how to fund the government after march 27 anyway or we just say we're gonna repeal the budget control act.

And get rid of it we don't need.

The president and speaker Boehner to sit down or Harry Reid we just need to pass -- in both houses and to be honest.

Not I think the president's a little bit wrong on this but for speaker Boehner to wash its hands on this whole thing and say.

It's real reason I have nothing to do we have no responsibility here seems to me to be ridiculous particularly when he's talking about -- That the Republican congress passed in the last congress and actually have no force and effect was that the congress expires.

-- and -- had a good point that is that is often not been made is that those bills are are dead now.

Now we do know that.

The it would be helpful to move the effective date to the end of march when it would be concurrent.

With the end of the continuing resolution currently operating government in the absence of -- budget.

But because of how this sequestration actually works.

Isn't that the same net effect is in this sort of pay -- -- deadline.

Because it takes time for lay off to a current things to a.

I'm convinced that we will essentially resolve this between march 1 and march 27 as we do the continuing resolution.

And that very little impact will that will occur between.

Obviously if the sequester -- to go -- for any length of time to remind you some see a significant impact.

But I think a lot of the scare tactics that -- been thrown out there are a little bit of premature.

Which is very vulnerable his numbers are horrible.

Statewide polls -- only 70% of intelligence say they'll definitely vote for him for reelection -- only 34% of Republicans say that.

So love the opportunity is there to retire him after thirty years.
