Hello there I'm meteorologist Janice Dean taking a look at your temperatures across the northeast and the Great -- today 47 in New York 39 Detroit 24 in Marquette 34 in Chicago.

And we're gonna remained cool as we head into the weekend.

As we have a -- it's gonna get this south as Florida -- they feel temperatures fifteen to twenty degrees below average as far south as Miami.

Satellite radar imagery we still have that big old storm that affected the central plains up towards the midwest -- upper level low continues to spin.

Bringing us -- -- snow showers across the Great Lakes interior northeast.

And then it's gonna remain.

Rain along the -- so if you're traveling today along the northeast.

And certainly see what kind of delays are going to be dealing with throughout the day today.

Future radar that storm system out of the way we're still going to see some lake effect snow showers.
