Mike Tobin is live in Chicago so Mike what are they doing there with gun laws where they have had so much gun violence over the past couple of years.

And the rest of Illinois has to foot the bills -- you may get that pushed back from lawmakers downstate.

It's an unfunded mandate and you know the state of Illinois and a budget problem course.

And we're trying to cut corners and they're -- Lincoln and the balance the budget.

-- the governor of Illinois recently decided to close two prisons in their soul overcrowded that in six different prisons you have prisoners bunking in -- jams you may not have a lot of sympathy for them but the prison guards are complaining that they are at risk because there's so badly outnumbered.
