We are also tracking a developing story in Washington where there is a new twist in the scandal involving New Jersey senator Bob Menendez.

Our rich political donor friend of his and claims that senator Menendez hired under age prostitutes in the Dominican Republic.

Prostitution there is legal but sleeping with an underage prostitute is not and that would be a crime here in the United States if in fact he did it as well even if he did over there.

Now the donor friend of his is named doctor Solomon melted.

And this is video of the doctor's office getting raided by the FBI in January.

There is now -- Capitol Hill ethics inquiry into the relationship between senator minute Menendez in this doctor.

And how the senator's political clout has at times seemed overlap with the doctors financial interests.

The Associated Press is today reporting that the embattled New Jersey Democrat sponsored legislation.

That if passed would have helped the doctors investment.

In a natural gas company there are -- of allegations.

There are several items that are issue between the doctor and the senator.

And that's all available -- you online if you want to look at it but it's linked.

At the same time today were also getting new information regarding allegations that the senator traveled with this doctor to the Dominican Republic.

And hired under age prostitutes.

Again that's.

Additionally problematic because it if true be -- in the United States for him to have -- Fox News correspondent Molly Henneberg has more on that he Molly.

Hi -- a 23 year old woman claiming to be one of the prostitutes in a video and she -- -- that person in the video -- senator Menendez as one of her clients in that video.

Now says so what she -- on that video was not the truth.

Her name is nexus de Los -- -- -- And she says in an affidavit released yesterday -- one of the Dominican Republic lawyers and snared in this prostitution story -- I never agreed to be filmed -- -- for that video that came out in the news.

I never slept with mr.

Menendez or mr.

Nelson -- mr.

Benicio those are three men wrapped up in this scandal.

I had never even met any of those men.

Santana apparently claims she was just reciting what another lawyer told her to say and she didn't know she was being recorded.

Fox just spoke with senator Menendez last hour in the tape has just come -- He has always maintained that he did not pay the prostitutes in the video for sex here's what he said today.

The bottom line -- I don't know anything more than what I've read in the public reports.

But I can only say what I've said from the very beginning.

That nameless faceless anonymous sources.

It's true right wing blogs through into the mainstream -- story that was absolutely false.

That these were smears that began during my.

Election process.

And that increasingly become obvious that that's what they were smears and -- tend to affect.

The results of an election.

But the daily caller web site which published the video last fall says the woman now denying that she even met Menendez.

May not have been one of the prostitutes in the video.

The daily caller says quote.

Both women the daily caller interviewed said they work 24 years old at the time not 23 and neither went by nexus de Los Santos and -- They spelled out their names and ages on camera in the presence of Dominican lawyer -- -- Figueroa.

And -- of Figueroa has told the Miami Herald that he faithfully represented what those women told him.

-- -- -- -- about whether that the right prostitute is recanting testimony that she may have -- -- I've given.

And meantime -- other allegation that there was sex with under age prostitutes is not a that's actually not an issue it.

In any of this reporting is it I mean because we're talking about women who are of age and that is legal in the Dominican Republic 23 years old as what the woman who has the affidavit said.

So that's -- we're talking about today these women who are of age -- saying she was in the video but she didn't tell the truth but the daily caller says she wasn't the right woman from the video.

Okay thanks Molly.
