A friend of the Olympic blade runner says the athlete is suicidal.

And he's also not allowed alcohol or banned substances so his lawyers say.

On top of getting his house back they'd also like to him to be allowed outside the country though they will not say exactly why he needs to leave the country.

There's no word if a judge will actually allow him a bail hearing the next hearing in this case is set for June 4 the trial probably later this year shot.
