In the meantime we're watching the C pac meeting this is the annual Conservative Political Action Committee -- underway now in Maryland.

They've been getting under -- despite an hour ago just outside DC as the GOP tries to regroup and pave the way for victories in 2014 and 2016.

On the agenda today Utah senator Mike -- senator Rand Paul of Kentucky.

And former South Carolina senator Jim -- and one of the first speakers this morning.

Was former Florida congressman Allen west to outlined a conservative manifesto.

Because conservatives believe that it is our moral duty to us our our fellow -- Regardless of race sex affiliation all prayed at what we -- We believe that it is the State's duty to get out of the way.

And US said the days of hand for the next generation of conservatives to step forward how do you see this is a -- -- The 2016.

And Virginia governor Bob McDonnell who raise taxes in his state.

On the list of speakers is Texas senator Ted Cruz who was asked by Fox's Greta Van Susteren what message the GOP needs to send voters.

The message is that Republicans need to get back to two words growth and opportunity.
