Well we've got a vote on the floor today it's the skills act and what it is is frankly -- government but -- saying hey we've got fifty different government federal government programs aimed at worker workforce training.

We don't need that many programs what we need to do is focus on helping people who are out of work.

Giving -- -- so they get back into the workforce so what this does is just get rid of the bureaucracy cuts the red tape and says to working people we wanna help you.

And it's it it is a us suggestion from the general accounting office here in Washington.

To get rid of the waste.

And got to go right towards the mission of the program you're splitting the screen right now with the -- to -- the average worker has to go through to get to the right.

To get our in our country moving again so this has been an exciting time for people who -- gridlock the president spent.

What had -- separate -- three different trips meetings with leadership in the end the Republican establishment in Washington in your mind.

Do you know the president better has the charm offensive worked.

You know Brian I certainly hope that he is sincere in wanting to reach out and work with us.

Because there are some things that we really do share in common and I think most people would expect when I have differences you learn this out of my side.

And reached for where you have comment and there's usually a leader -- that he is sincere your gut right now wouldn't.

The cameras are off of people say what happened in that meeting do you believe the president's sincere.

-- -- -- I really do I don't know what is inside his head what is think and I hope so Brian because.

There are a lot of things we need to do the house has acted twice.

To put a measure across the forward to try and begin to solve the situation of the sequestered too or go towards a balanced budget.

Many of the things we're talking about her in the president's own plans and his proposals so if we know we disagree on raising taxes because the president says.

That -- that it happened first and he wants to hold all of the things hostage.

We don't think that that's -- Smart thing to do so let's at least go to where we can work together and have some agreement right so let's see if there is we'll find out soon there's.
