All right time to check in now for the weekend box -- fixes.

Our favorite to movie I -- what I will what do we call you -- -- do we call you -- critic do we call you ice age do we cool you.

I just a man of wisdom when it comes of the movies how would you like to be described.

You -- you can call me anything you want well most people to Kobe big movie.

-- up our -- joining us is big movie geek Matt aqsa T who also happens to be editor in chief.

Of rotten tomatoes dot com the best web site to -- double what everybody.

Is saying about every single movie at that so Matt Powell my word.

Not the greatest looking weekend and we have to -- first about.

The incredible but won the stone which sassy Jacqui I'll outline produces still thinks is going to be a great movie but looks to me like -- -- is not so much.

You know I can summon up the one word is -- incredible -- wonder stone isn't.

Unfortunately.

Willis is -- the -- frustrating really.

Yeah you know you -- such a great cast Steve Carell Steve beside me Olivia Wilde Jim Carrey playing -- really finds.

Role that's kind of a mix of David Blaine and Criss Angel -- nice to see him getting back to strategist.

The weirder comedy that he used to do James Gandolfini shows up in here Alan Arkin steals every scene he's in.

What you're expecting though -- a movie that comes off like Zoolander or something like.

Maybe even an anchor man and the problem is is this will never goes far enough unfortunately.

It's not as funny as it needs to be into the idea.

And Las Vegas magicians and and the big spectacles that they do.

Should be really right material for really really biting satire and comedy.

And they just kind of play it safe and it's kinda disappointing unfortunately -- the critics don't like you very much.

Scores only in the forties right now which is definitely -- Yeah it's amazing that you'd you'd see you see these kind of movies done so often.

This sort of slapstick movies with that -- big stars in -- but so often they don't I mean yes he was that you can count them on one -- really the ones the really pay off.

You know -- -- Old school Michael was one of those in in this kind of tradition that was really ironic.

But it's it's not as easy as it might seem.

No it's not I mean frankly you know it's amazing anything turns out well at all -- not start really thinking about what -- to to make unity unity.

You know I looked to be clear this movie is not on watchable if you're -- -- Steve -- what he's done in the office you might enjoy this.

You know he's basically doing Michael Scott for most of the movie here it's not a terrible film it's just that the expectations are much higher.

Based on the cast that's evolved.

All right -- so let's the other one I did a movie that I have to say I'm not familiar with -- has yet the coal.

The -- now this -- We -- think I will start off by seeing the critics are really wild about this a story about how -- very pleased this 911 operator.

Who has been kind of burned out on the job she's that she's had a really dad called her past.

And as has basically quit if she's treating new record recruits and that she had to put a call that's related to her last bad call.

And -- this story about how she is helping -- girl played by Abigail Breslin has been kidnapped and locked in the trunk of a car.

And try to find her and it becomes this thriller about whether or not the cops are going to be able to find this and -- girl before the kidnap or can do whatever nefarious deeds he has plant.

Now most of the critics don't like this if only in the thirties on the tomato meter but I gotta tell you -- Jonathan.

This movie I thought was a lot of thought I had a great time.

I spent most of the time in his movie having these moments -- I kept thinking oh no and I was really worried about the characters are here.

It starts to fall apart towards the end that stuff they start doing the kind of things where you throw your hands up he think now come on up.

But the very end of the movie really redeemed itself for me and this was the more this was.

More fun than -- -- watching a movie in probably the last three or four months I had a great time while I I if you're looking for.

Kind of a fine -- thriller that you could go out on a Friday or Saturday night fearful people.

You know had a few drinks -- and have dinner a good date movie I think this one fits the bell.

It's not a great film it's not particularly -- memorable but it had a lot of good jobs of it and I liked it.

Even though again to be clear -- the critics are wild about it it's only like 33% are a lot of seems pretty predictable -- not that great.

High praise indeed from Matt dial -- take you would for a -- and I'll.

I'll get back to laugh at it I mean if if nobody says he's either of the eastern new releases anything good -- -- just I knew that they can.

Stream on iTunes on Netflix Obama dvd.

Well you know there's a great dvds that came out this last week most notably -- -- the lady -- spots -- If you miss that if you were in a cave it hadn't seen that at all definitely check that out that was you -- nominated for.

That's cinematographer beautifully shot film fantastic movie director by Sam -- these.

As so that would be my number one pick although later this is also out this week so if you really like that.

You know if you feel like a musical you can -- -- All right man actually great checking -- you as always sir editor in chief of rotten tomatoes dot com off favorite movie with web -- -- -- that.

Today if you're thinking of watching a movie you -- -- at the theater all on dvd illustrating how do you like to do it -- have a wonderful weekend that there in -- great to see you sir thank you for being a big litigate.

Very few if a crime -- have a good one.
