Really GOP reboot the Republican Party rolling out a new digital strategy to close the technological gap that many party insiders believe.

The Democrats have commanded very well she political correspondent Carl Cameron joins us now live in Washington -- -- They have been working on -- plan for about three months what have they decided is there -- self.

That -- the party of the rich and fortunately continues to grow.

That's frustrating.

Previous and other Republicans say the problem is not what they're saying it's not their policies of the principles is how they're saying -- -- actually refer to some quote biologically stupid statements being said by some of the candidates.

They have a whole list of things they want to do when they're pretty candid about it they call -- the autopsy.

We weren't inclusive.

Where we were behind in both data and digital.

And our primary -- debate process.

Needed improvement.

And would that -- closed the door on all the self appraisal and analysis and they start moving forward.

This report is mostly about mechanics and logistics it's not a lot about policy although.

A lot of the top players who put it together say that it's very important for Republicans to get behind quote comprehensive.

Immigration reform which would include a path -- citizenship or legalization.

Which still many in the Republican Party -- is tantamount to amnesty so they've got -- result political.

Pop policy issues right so interesting to listen -- grievous just lay it out like that so what are they think the prescription is.

It's it's comprehensive it's going to be costly in -- starting on -- right away improve their message of inclusion basically reach out to minorities and women more aggressively.

Reach out to the grass roots more aggressively groups like the Tea Party in various things like that.

Improve their technology dramatically.

And then tackle the primary process starts the primaries a little bit earlier get him over a little bit earlier -- the convention -- in the year perhaps -- June or July.

And limit the debates there were 23 debates and 2012 cycle on the Republican side -- -- to get down to as few as seven so lots of changes very aggressive.

-- spent ten million dollars this year alone.

To -- hundreds of people across the country into the communities -- try to -- -- voters minorities and women particularly.
