-- campaign I just wrote an article thinking about a lot of things -- focus on because.
It's easy to get into a lot of EU political Sidon and -- if the Y at NASA focused on the benefit you don't benefit in many ways to our military and haven't.
-- there are in 2006 along restoration and and on several times previous.
If you -- -- that's amazing for a military is actually have the experience of the war so I don't when I started in the seal teams all our tactics for basic coming off Vietnam era it's racism and the training was they saw those.

Tactics techniques and procedures and learn from -- Theater of war and and now we have a decade plus of sustained combat multiple theaters -- in the Iraq War.
Tremendous amount of new -- for both social operators and conventional forces that kind of -- up and be ready so our our.
Our militaries is game -- words shouldn't I think I think we have great epic it is -- things -- grind down dunks to reflect and kind of build.
Our future focus on war but -- we're definitely shape or any conflict Beckham's status you don't movement or.
And I noticed senior foxnews.com -- work that you mentioned that when you -- seal training back in the day a lot of the guys that were training you had not had combat experience no fault of their -- they were.
They were great seals but you guys after ten years of war and your colleagues -- -- talking about the impact it's had even on.
Regular infantry units he talked about that -- No -- just.
Well if you're trading this is I'm nineteen.
989900.
Friend who exactly it is just another bunch of instructors that -- absolutely capable every bit as prepared as we have been harassed you on the battlefield with we're with been ready unique job there just wasn't paying women fighters that are there wasn't open conflict -- -- try to test those heels that's developed.
Advancements in the way we prosecute -- -- let's assume you're comfortable where we -- all these guys they are phenomenal warriors prepared for the fight me just hadn't had a chance do it and now.
When I ran a training program you know my instructors it was on what we want to talk to them.
The citizens and look you see -- fathom the amount of experience you're.
Benefiting from right now in every single instructor bronze star silver star purple hearts your -- -- -- multiple engagements and -- -- theaters so what are instructors is hate Jeter Dark -- -- as a lesson for you don't pay attention to details that would keep you alive on the battlefield.
It's.
People whose -- -- listen to that level of experience and then to the international side and that's that's -- famous and an uneasy as well I don't know onset of the war.
What's special operators who do -- -- battlefield was unique at this point.
I saw operators Eagles -- Rangers all all is such as air force and Marines focus on social operations lot of things.
We're kind of trying to figure out what is our -- what is our next.
Tactical advantage or capacity for work that exceeds that conventional forces is the matter is the conventional guys have now come close that gap so dramatically there there are people doing.
Most -- a lot of what I only saw I was able to do at the beginning litigation.
-- talked about.
The benefits obviously -- our preparedness that it things that are units are able to do now.
How much concern you have for your fellow warriors in terms of after 3452.
-- About how they are doing and how their family are doing it in long term sustainability for them.
Yeah.
Great questions some I want to kind of get more in the weeds on have been talking about this a little bit and -- and a best of our decision for for my book and promotional that it and it really is highlighted something that I want to get into more I think.
Are kind of acknowledged in sealed unit percentage of PT SC and and those senators -- tremendously low compared other -- I.
I believe to be true I think our guys have an emotional maturity and focus on what it is they're gonna do as a warrior woman gets the battle space is different than those units that might be thrust into a situation that they are not necessarily trained or worked or what kind of geared -- -- and metabolize and our guys you look that well.
But the problem is is I think our operators.
A lot of -- guys and -- in general but I think our unit is unique.
Mask pain and can hide pain better than any group of people I've ever met sole physical emotional spiritual I think our guys are very capable of adapting to.
And basically hiding pain so I really hope.
Culturally unit within the government our military and you really figure out a way to kind of get that landing -- sex to ensure we're taking care got so many comebacks I do think there's probably more than we recognize that our strong.
